A special thanks to Monsieur Anthoine for his kindness and the time he took to thoroughly answer all our questions--his passion truly elevated the experience. Only 20 minute drive from city center Aix through windy roads of lush green hills and trees. So beautiful thru the driveway and into underground parking. They have a high end restaurant or an out door cafe which is nice after tasting wines or wandering thru the vineyard to see the many sculptures. (There is a fee to view the sculptures) Highly recommend a visit!

Exhausted from an overseas flight, we checked into this Renaissance and was treated to an upgraded…read moreroom which was wonderful..too tired to find a restaurant, we ate in the hotel restaurant and was delighted to have a excellent dinner, I had the Salmon Half Cooked in an Egg roll which was despite the name, was cooked to perfection, in an oversized egg roll skin and deep fried but not greasy, and totally yummy..only exception was the pureed peas, and suggested that they be replaced with something else. The other dish was an oversized chicken chiabatta, also very very good. A lovely visit and we are returning there shortly..hope the peas are gone..but not my call.
