WORST BANK EVER!!!! They are a small bank with a big bank complex. this saddens me to say because…read moremy mother and I opened my first savings account there when i was 10. Now my wife and I have multiple companies with multiple accounts at different banks. We were lazy (at the time with a new born) and never made it to bank with proper deposit bc we thought we had enough in the account to cover outstanding checks. We do not mind paying overdraft fees if we are wrong but THEY TRIPLE CHARGED US!!! After painstakingly pointing out to the half wit of a bank manager she agreed that that they overcharged us twice and had no explanation of why she stated she could only credit us for 1 because her boss was out sick. This was the last straw.

Today, they deposited MY check from TownCenter into MY account at Towncenter. Then acted confused when I asked for my money. I went in and told them it was not a deposit, but a withdraw. They then showed me someone else's check for a payment on their loan. They explained that I had made a payment on my load and handed me the check. Well I don't have a loan with TownCenter and that was not even my check. I later looked at my account and they had taken double the money out of my account. When I called I was told that tomorrow all my money would be available. They need to learn the difference between a deposit and a withdraw, maybe they could ask a Third grader to explain it to them. Also, make sure you count your money prior to leaving, more than once they have shorted me money... Maybe counting is not this banks thing.

In fact I've noticed that there's 5 or 6 people working there who have been there since 1998 and that speaks volumes to the character of management - has to be good to retain employees for so long. When I call Sue quickly routes my call to whoever I need to speak to. She's a lovely woman and like the other team members there - is friendly, professional and works to help get me to the right person as quickly as possible.
