Puff puff yum... It is hard to find a good cigar shop. There is such an anti-smoking stigma, but people have to realize that most people smoke a cigar maybe once a week! I am willing to take a small health risk for pure enjoyment weekly/monthly. This shop has decent selection but the service is great. They are very helpful and eager to assist you in your next smoke! They are very knowledgeable and have a pretty good understanding of their customer as well. Their prices are typical of a brick and mortar cigar shop. They just can't compete with online warehouses, but that is ok. What I like most is the smokers lounge in the back. It has lockers for your stuff and they have nice large plush chairs. It is very classy and a great place to escape. That is exactly what a cigar shop should be. My only complaint has arisen when I signed up for their email list. They send out great emails but they are almost daily emails, I can't allocate that much time to reading emails all day! Other than that, these guys are the real deal! read more

Not really digging this Cigar Shop. No walk in Humidor and it seems inconvenient have someone always having to get your Cigars. I felt that they were always looking over my shoulder the whole time. It was not my favorite experience. I will stick to going to Cousins Cigar in Avon. read more

Cigar cigar, I went for the first time ever to cigar cigar I found they have a very good selection of smokes and accessories @ normal prices (no online warehouse prices), the staff was very friendly and we were even invited to stay in their lounge. The lounge was a GREAT experience nice leather recliners flat tv's every where they even have a refrigerator for your adult beverages. The regulars were extremely friendly. Nice little cigar shop in Rocky River, a western suburb of Cleveland. They also have a shop in the Ohio City area of Cleveland proper. I stop in at the Rocky River shop when I am in the area. If you buy a cigar or two ($15 minimum if using a credit card) and smoke it there they will let you use their WiFi, a great thing for a sales guy on the road. I can enjoy a smoky treat and finish my work day at the same time. Everyone wins. Good selection, friendly staff. Parking is a little limited but it's not "on street". I wish I had something like this in my town. Worth your time if you are in the area. read more

Excellent, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff at both locations. Really nice place to smoke. I bought some Room 101 cigars at the Ohio City location and smoked one of them in their lounge. They have 2 hdtv's and great views of surrounding area. Very relaxing, laid back place. I will be back often. read more

Came in town from Chicago and wanted to find a cigar lounge. Found a gem with Cigar Cigars. As soon as we came in George and Hugh offered assistance. Both were very friendly and conversational. We bought a couple of sticks and sat in the lounge to enjoy them. The house habano was really good and the atmosphere was very cordial and friendly.
