I was visiting Delaware and drove 30 miles in hopes of finding my favorite Nat Shermans. I arrived just in time to find the store had just closed. I waited for the staff to leave and as they were walking out, I told Debra my situation. She was an angel and took the time to reopen the store and they had my blend in stock! I have recently gotten into cigars. I'm a novice and I seek out cigar spots quite often. I just happened to be in the area and i saw this place. To be honest, from the look of the exterior, i did not expect much. However, I was impressed when I walked into their humidor. They have a very vast selection . The staff was extremely helpful. The gentleman who helped me, made some great suggestions of some new options for me. Really cool guy. Also, both of the ladies who checked me out were extremely pleasant. Time to be honest, one of the young ladies behind the counter was really really cute. Maybe I was little smitten. However, that does not take away from the awesome cigar selection :-) read more

My boyfriend likes to smoke a cigar on special occasions and as a treat maybe once a month. After getting him a small humidor last year for his birthday, I decided to stock it with a nice selection. Thanks to the reviews on Yelp, I found this place. I couldn't believe how many cigars were in the walk-in humidor. Of course, I had NO clue what I was looking for, but that was no problem. I immediately got assistance once they saw how lost I looked. I told the employee (I'm guessing maybe he was the owner?) what my boyfriend typically likes, and he suggested a few cigars for me. Surprisingly big walk in humidor in this shop, with knowledgable staff inside it. Gary said he has the largest selection in the north east, but not the biggest square footage. That means a humidor packed floor to ceiling! You'll probably find every cigar you like here, and tons of new ones to try. read more

My golf cigars were usually purchased at the Glasgow location - Paul is great to work with on various brands and specials! However, my recent visit left me very disappointed with a new employee and their mentor. As I stated, I am a regular at this location and known by most by my first name. I brought my cigar collection to the counter and the new employee immediately asked to see my drivers license. Now I am 60 years old, and like to think a young looking 60, but I definitely do not look anywhere close to carding age. The mentor said it was a new company policy - my response was there any common sence supposed to injected in their new process. The new employee was terrible, saying well I am 62 - do not care! Not sure if I going back or look for new store to buy cigars. read more
