After cleaning up the mess and rinsing my eyes several times, I headed back to the store with the broken bottle to show them. the sales rep asked if the bottle was cold when it broke and I replied it was not. That was all they said. Not a " we're sorry that happened to you" or " are you alright?" Not an offer for a small discount on a new bottle.
