I'm a work during all this so I'm in a hurry - I go in there to buy a glass piece and explain to the guy that the coil wasn't working and that's how I broke it . He grabs a new coil puts it in my mod and the new one works I pay for what I think is just the glass piece which is fine but I check my account later and notice he charged me for the coil too . Most of the staff is friendly, but in the past few visits I overheard them talking poorly of customers who had either just walked out or telling stories of a bad customer from a day before. Because of this I'm now usually in and out, I don't want to talk with them. Today I tried returning a defective cartridge for the second time ever. I usually buy 2 vapes per week and have only had to return something once but had zero issue before. This time was different. The guy with a ponytail came out saying he wouldn't accept it without even talking to me, then made up three more reasons why he wouldn't take it after further discussion. One of the reasons was that it was slightly less than halfway full. I explained that it exploded in my mouth and then in my bag on a hike over the weekend, and he said he didn't care. I'm understanding that people try to rip them off a lot but even the employee next to him seemed confused by this guy's attitude. She was apologetic as I walked out and he walked off shaking his head, which was the exact way he showed up so... not the best customer service. Bottom line, the recent experiences have driven me to find a different store as of today.

You can even bring your dog inside as long as they are on a leash! I would like to add that the first time I went there I was "greeted" by a very rude employee checking my ID. I'm not one to complain about service workers as I know we all have our days, but I didn't even receive a hello from this man and after reading other reviews I see it wasn't just me. I will add that the second time I went in the person checking IDs was much friendlier!
