Before entering I had already checked the tickets on my phone. One ticket was a free hit 5 + 15.00 dollar winner. So when I only got free tickets back I asked about the 15.00. The gentleman kept saying there is nothing he could do and he wouldn't take my money. Even after showing him the ticket should be a winner, he had already scanned it and couldn't find the receipts.
