I URGE EVERYONE NOT TO COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A INCONVENIENCE! the manager there female with blue eyes. She's so rude! Sits on her phone all day and when you come in she acts as if you don't exist. I came into buy cigarettes today, and wasn't even greeted as I was standing by the counter waiting for her to serve me. That's her job after all. Eventually she came over and helped with very rude gestures and attitude as I wasn't to clear about the pack of cigarettes I was looking for, I got eyes rolled at me and some huffing and puff. I have a learning disability and she had no patience to serve me. Replace your management whoever is the owner here, as she is the reason why you are losing customers like me on a daily business, it wouldn't surprise me!! read more

The Owner John and all the employees he has working there now are very nice and polite. Very good prices also on lesser known cigarette and cigar brands. Various odds and ends for sale. Apparently also a wide variety of the vape and CP? Gummi products, something i am not familiar with, but seems quite a few people walk in and buy, when i go buy my smokes. read more

I would NEVER come here again. I've tried this place four times as they are down the street from my house, purchased some juul pods and some puff bars all four times. EVERYTHING HERE IS FAKE, the QR CODES to verify and register the product does not verify or register on the website for juul and puff verification. The 9 puff bars I purchased and two packs of juuls ALL TASTE BURNT COTTON! I came into the store today to let the them that they won't verify and that they taste like burn cotton. The manager laughed in my face and said "find another smoke shop." As she hit her burnt ass puff. Won't come here again. And I suggest you don't ether. This is a pretty cool place. They'll definitely have whatever you need. The store is huge, and the store owners who are usually around are very friendly, easygoing, and eager to assist whenever you're ready. That's also what I really like about this place, the store owners chill for awhile and let you look around without buzzing around you (making sure you don't shoplift - pretty sure they have cameras anyway). It looks small, but looks are deceiving because the inside is large and they most likely sell whatever you need. Also, it's not ridiculously expensive. They have some pricey inventory but otherwise very reasonable. I like that the front cashiers are always cheerful and have personality. Also, it's a pain to get in and out of. I know the parking lot is small, and it's off of Sixth St. and Sheridan, but trust me, it's worth it especially if you're sick and tired of nasty/stale gas station cigarettes lol. I've known about this place for years and I only come here when I can't find something elsewhere. The Asian owners drive me crazy with their rudeness and there is definite language barrier when trying to communicate. I try my best to have grace for the people there hoping it would change each visit but each time I'm proved wrong. When you try to ask simple questions a lot of times they don't know about the products that they have. I went to buy a cigar and each one I picked was petrified like it had been there for eighteen years! I don't know if anybody even goes in that humidor because there is mold on several cigars and it looks unkept. This place really only carries a few things I like and it's main reason why I return only when in the area. Other than that the bad customer service and rudeness is not worth it to me. I'm just gonna be real here and say they seemed to be threatened or scared by people of color. They watch you like you're gonna steal something all the time which is unsettling. I try to support local businesses but have been trying to find another place around town that has similar items and when I do I'll forget this little place. read more
