Great selection of Cigars. The prices are affordable or about the same as other cigar shops. Never had a problem with their quality. Cigars are cased behind a glass humidor and maintain their moisture well. They do use a humidifier for their cigars. Never had a cigar from here that was dried out, which is what you want -better a little moist than too dry. I enjoy their Arturo Fuente lines, Olivia, La Gloria, and Camacho. There are other offerings from Cohiba, Joya Rocky Patel, and Punch stocked here and many more. They also carry a great selection of Factory Seconds or off-cut cigars if you just want something affordable -my favorite, would be the Arturo Fuente Curlyheads at 2.99! For a curlyhead maduro it is earthy, rich, and deep, but bold and strong -not mellow or smooth, as you would expect on a higher end cigar. But sometimes you want something different and it's got a nice kick. Aside from cigars, I've also purchased packs of American Spirits (in the past), Al Fakher and Starbuzz hookah tobacco, coals, bowls, and accessories from them and never had any problem with their items. Tobacco Island (corona) is a great place to shop, with a wide variety of items. I like that they are local and always have stock coming in. Prices are competitive in the I.E. I purchased a hype disposable cartridge at this store. I opened the package in front of the salesman and I tried it right there and I told him that the one he gave me was clogged. I asked if I could switch it since it was defective and I did not leave the store yet. He told me I was not able to switch it even though it was defective. His reasoning was because the other ones would be the same and he couldn't do anything for me. Worst shop I've been to ever. I've been a customer at this establishment for about two months now. I have never been treated so poorly as a returning customer in my entire life. I have had multiple problems with the products I have purchased from this location, and at first, every time I brought my e-cig in they helped me by fixing it, and pointing out what they think I did wrong was...they weren't great experiences, but I at least fwelt taken care of. After multiple visits, having problems with it and only having the e-cig for a month, I realized that it was the shotty products that were the problem, not user-malfunction. Unfortunately, this was around the time my threading went out on my e-vod battery, and I was forced to purchase a new one. I use a variable battery base, and I just purchased a brand new one of the same brand. After leaving the store I realized that the variable base would not turn at all. after using some pliers, I was able to get it up to 4.0 ohms, but couldn't twist it any further or even turn it back down....awesome. The very next day I pulled it out of my purse, and it's miraculously in two pieces dangling by a wire and its internal computer board.....really??? So needless to say, I took it back in yesterday, and I was treated so poorly...I really can't even put into words how disrespectful the man working there was to me. And now I get to sound racist by pointing out the fact that this man originates from a country that demeans women on a daily basis, and he tried his damnedest to do it to me too. Picked the wrong girl to mess with, my friend, and I'll be happy to remind you of that any time. I spent 30 minutes arguing with him. He went on about how my proof of purchase wasn't good enough...(their receipts don't break down what was purchased, and my bank statement was not good enough for him either) and how I must have done something to cause the damage to the already broken equipment they sold me. His offer.....buy another one at half price. I spent $22 two days before on what was supposed to be a brand new battery, and now he's asking me to pay more?!?!? I put my foot down, and demanded my money back, a new battery, or $22 worth of cigarettes...it was his choice, but I wasn't leaving until he gave me something. Eventually he handed me a new e-vod tank and tried to send me on my way...I instantly realized it was used and had already been returned by someone else. I pointed this out to him, and I ended up walking out of there with a cheap knock-off and left behind a written statement(he required me to write) that I received equipment that was in working order. He said he didn't want me back in there in a week saying it's broken again, but I assured him he would never see my face again. Don't waste your time or money on this disrespectful, conniving establishment. I have to travel to MV and Riverside frequently...my new favorite spot... E-Cig City off of University. It might be a little out of the way, but at least the staff has a clue as to what it is they are doing, and they are friendly to boot. read more

I purchased a Vape set up (a dip mod) for $115 OUT THE DOOR with an extra battery, which costs $185 at Vape Inc. in Norco without the battery! (which they would charge an extra $25-$30) not to mention an extra $10+ bucks in tax theyre going to charge you. The dude has great prices, and doesnt charge you tax 90% of the time ! (he takes the tax cut and does all that stuff after the purchase and your gone) but still!!! When he tells you something is $20 you hand him a $20 and not a penny more! As far as Vaping equipment and supplies goes, the dude isnt maybe as freakishly informed and his life doesnt revolve around vaping as most Vape Shop employees are, but without a doubt this is the cheapest and most reliable place to go! Tobacco Island is the best spot in Norco/ Corona for vaping supplies hands down... As I took the charger off the pen again charger the owner recommended the tip of the pen fell apart. Came back to exchange it or ask what can be done. I wouldn't expect super friendly help, but he was very patient, answered all my questions and then I when I asked for a deal because I wanted to buy many cigars he said yes and really came through for me--even gave me a few empty cigar boxes for free, after I had agreed to pay for them! I have been to this store appx 12 times, The first time i should of learned my lesson. I went in to purhcase some replacement for my INLIFE vapor rechargable cig. An found that they dont carry that type, then i was told they had a better kind called greenliving e cig. after a two days the divice broke and they refuse to excahange it. so i had to sent it back to the manu. witch took several day. but they did replace it. so the next few times i puchased the greenliving refillsbut was not happy with them, so went back to my hamner tobacco shop( with is further from where i live. the last time i went for a longer lasting juice pen.
