Best cigar shop I've been to from the Valley to the Bay Area. The ventilation is excellent so when you leave you don't have to walk around smelling like Cigars all day. So you can go and do business or carry out your day without smelling offensive. Great atmosphere and all the people are nice and from all walks of life. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. The shop itself is very nice with awesome arm chairs and a great atmosphere. I only smoke a pipe. The problem i've had with the shop is that the price of the tinned pipe tobacco is very expensive. For example a tin of Comoy's 3.5 oz sells for $12.37 online at SmokingPipes.com. I would love to give this shop my business but the markup is just way too high. I guess you could argue that the tins have some age on them but ive bought tins from from smoking pipes and pipes and cigars.com with more than a year of age on them. Wonderful selection, prices are a little high. Totally worth it, because the staff is very friendly and knowledgable. The lounge is comfortable, and the lighting is perfect. If you're looking for cigars like davidoff, padrone, tatuaje, illusione , rocky Patel, and drew estate, they have absolutely everything you could want. Drink selection is limited, and for the prices I think coffee should be free. The prices are the only thing that make this a four star. read more

This cigar bar has a great selection of good cigars with some lower cost cigars also available. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and able to offer suggestions. The lounge itself is quite comfortable, with plush couches and seating. They also offer non alcoholic drinks and allow you to bring your own sealed with receipted alcohol in. It is right next door to the Elbow Room restaurant which has recently restricted its cigar smoking policies. So you can adjourn from dinner to Cigars Limited to complete a fine dining evening! read more

Very large selection of cigars, but the price is a little over the average on the big name brands. They seem to have a LOT of Rocky Patels, Camachos, Drew Estate, Tatiana, with a moderate amount of some of the other more well-known brands. Their selection of Alec Bradley is usually limited to just the Prensados and Black Markets. CAO is non-existent, at least from what I saw. Their "bargain section" is pretty big with a plethora of decent priced no-names & house blends for around $2-$8. I just purchased $1,500.00 with of cigars from another store and went to this location with my wife ready to spend upwards of $6-700.00 on cigar accessories , based on all of the research of what we needed. We walked in and saw someone stocking shelves in the window who said "hi" right when we walked in. We spent about 15 minutes looking over all the items we needed but could not get anyone to help us. The employee was so concerned with stocking the store window, he could care less about helping us find EVERYTHING we could possibly need. Even the shoe shine guys were smoking cigars and having a great time but couldn't be bothered with even acknowledging us as customers in the store and were looking for service. So, given that this is a serve-yourself business model with a full-service "luxury" price tag, there is absolutely No value over going to Amazon and finding the cheapest price for the same or similar goods. This store must realize that there are choices, and they are willing to compete for your business as- whether it is based on price (Amazon, or online stores), or other local stores competing on service level (like cigars mas fino, in Fresno which has a 5 star yelp review). Train your employees better, or hire for more service oriented talent- I have a feeling we are not the only people who have walked out of your store empty handed! read more

I have been coming here since I was 18, and NO WHERE, has their friendliness and service been even matched. It's intimidating walking in there when so young and have these connoisseurs looking at you. When in reality, we're all there for the same reason. But the staff has always been friendly to me and my friends, and gone out of their way to even educate us. Their selection is enormous, and full of great cigars. Fantastic business. read more

This is one of the most complete cigar lounges I have seen anywhere. They have pretty much any style, taste, strength and price range you can think of. They also have any accessory you would need from the high end to cheap. It also has one of the biggest walk in humidors I have ever seen. You want to bring your own scotch or wine? No problem at all. Micah and the rest of the associates are extremely knowledgeable and very willing to help if you are a beginner. They also host stellar events, cigar tastings and some of the "big dogs" of the cigar world show up as invited guests. Also they have all the selection for pipe tobacco. Besides the tobacco they have shaving products, shoe shine bench, incense, among other things. This lounge rivals anything I have seen in LA, Seattle, Boston, Dallas. After reading all of the outstanding reviews on yelp, I decided to stop by Cigars Limited yesterday after work and check out their selection. I am a pipe smoker and the reviews as well as their website stated they had a pretty good variety of pipes and tobacco. My first impression of the place was terrible. Upon walking in with a buddy of mine, we were not greeted at all. No "hi, hows it going?", "Can I help you find anything?", nothing. That is an immediate strike against any place. How can you expect people to frequent your establishment if you don't even bother to greet them? So I found my way over to the pipe and tobacco products, which is right in front of the shop. There were quite a few men enjoying cigars near by, and on the other side of the shop as well. I took this as a good sign. After perusing the pipe products for 10 to 15 minutes, my buddy and I had still yet to be approached by a shop employee. At this point I figured the guy was just busy with another customer, possibly in a humidor explaining cigars and various products. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The guy was just sitting behind the counter. So I continue on my quest to find a decent tobacco. The selection was actually quite good. But holy crap, the prices are absolutely outrageous! A 1.76 oz tin of tobacco ranged anywhere from $17.99 to $21.99. These are brands that I can get online from anywhere to $7 to $10. Don't get me wrong, I expected to pay a premium for purchasing these products locally. I understand there are shipping costs, overhead, marketing, all that good stuff. But 3 times the price is pretty absurd. The prices were strike 2. I ended up picking out a 2 oz bag of one of their bulk flake tobacco blends. The price seemed a little more reasonable at $7.50 for the bag. So I approach the counter to pay for my product and finally the employee speaks. It was a pretty cold and what seemed to be annoyed, "whats up, guys?" I asked the employee if they happened to carry Lane 1-Q. He immediately responded by correcting me, "you mean, I.Q." This struck a chord with me as well. Not only did he attempt to correct me, falsely I might add, but what purpose did it serve? Even if I happened to be wrong, he still knew what I was referring to. So not only was the guy rude, he also isn't knowledgeable of the products that they carry. Strike number 3. I was pretty bummed when I left the store. I was looking for a place that I could chat it up with an expert in the field. Possibly get some recommendations on new pipe tobacco that I haven't tried yet, or a good line of pipes. This just simply isn't the place for me. It is possible that the guy was just having a bad day. But I'm more under the impression that this is a type of place that caters to the regulars and just ignores the new comers. Needless to say, I won't be returning to Cigars Limited. read more
