No service and wrong price…read more Short version: Came here to buy vape pods and nobody was inside. After standing around for 10 minutes, someone appeared. Got pods but was charged extra for them. Long version: I've been calling a bunch of different stores to see if they carry suorin air pro pods, but nobody carries them for some reason. Eventually I found vape escape on maps and went to their website. The website said price was $5.50 per pod, but I had to call to order them. I called the store, got the voicemail saying they may be helping a customer. I waited 10 minutes and called again, voicemail again, but I left a message with my name, requesting info about pods (in stock or not), and number. No call back. 1 hour later I decide to drive up there. I get into the store and there are no customers and no employees in sight so I wondered why they couldn't pick up the phone or call me back. I have enough time to look through every shelf twice and see two of the pods I need. I poke my head in the back room and don't see anyone anywhere. It has been about 10 minutes now and finally someone comes out of somewhere asking what I need. I'm a patient person, so I don't mind the wait, but I know other people would be frustrated by now. I tell the man what I need and show him where they are since I've had time to locate the pods. The packaging looks like they've definitely been tampered with in some way, but that's fine with me. He asks me what price they are before even ringing them up (not sure why), and I told him that the website says 5.50. He tells me that doesn't include shipping if I were to order from website, but I show him the page where it says you can't order online so it doesn't make much sense to me. He charged me 7.99 for each pod then asks if that's okay with me, like I have a choice and can negotiate if I want. I don't really care about $2, so I say that's fine. I can't imagine what price increases they do for larger purchases, but I will not come here again. I'm not upset about this, but I'm sure other people would be if they experienced this. I just downloaded Yelp so I could leave this review. Hope nobody else shops here!

Firstly, this is the most cluttered and unorganized liquor store with just an okay selection that you could find anywhere else and for a way better price. Even their cigar selection is pretty limited. The main issue I have is they are AWFUL at checking IDs. Every time I go here they treat me like I am suspicious and will double or triple check my ID whereas most places will check it once. Every time I come here they are so rude to me and from other reviews it looks like it's not just me. They need a better way to check IDs cause what they do now is not working. This recent time on 3/22/2025 was the worst experience yet that nailed this place in the coffin for me. The man at the counter told me I had a fake ID before he could even check the date and it was almost like he had his mind made up before he even saw my ID. I thought he was joking since I am almost 24 years old and don't look super young but soon realized he wasn't when he began to pull the liquor off the counter. I was absolutely floored that he was blatantly accusing me of trying to lie to him. After telling the man it was real and getting frustrated he eventually sold me my alcohol but I will NEVER come back here. Trust me, you can have a much better experience and alchohol selection literally anywhere else. This place is the worst and the people who work here/own it are rude as hell. I saw someone say people in their 20s should stay away from here and I 100% agree. They will treat you poorly and act like you are a suspect.

Nice place. Convenient…read more It is in a shopping center With Kroger and Volcano (steak & sushi). Plenty of parking in the shopping center's large lot. I shop at the nearby Kroger often so I decided to stop in a while back and check out this Bottle Shop. I am glad I did. They carry most of the regular stuff plus sometimes I find some rare bottles or things that I have never seen before on their shelves. The staff is friendly and helpful.
