Rude staff. If you don't know what a real ID looks like then why would part of your job be to check them? One employee always comments about how "fakes keep getting better" when me or my roommates is our legitimate IDs. Bought a $500 vape machine , which was broken when I opened it. Which they tell me it's nothing they can do. I had to go through warranty for a replacement device. The staff here are all very friendly plus sometimes there's a cute dog (the owner's I think). They have vapes, hookah materials, CBD, incense, you name it! Pretty reasonably priced I think. I recommend it! read more

It's truly a shame - they have such a great selection at this store - but as is the case with many places the employees can ruin it. I've been to the store many times over the years but my trip there earlier this week was my last. The customer service is AWFUL! The people working behind the counter are completely miserable and treat you as if you're bothering them. Don't go in if you don't know exactly what you want. If you're there to browse around or have any questions, don't even bother going in. The management here should be ashamed that the people they hired are nothing more than a-holes. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP. They sale products at full retail price from companies that are out of business and if the product fails there is no way to have the warranty honored. A GHOST MV1 was purchased and rarely used. The door enclosure failed, will not stay closed. I called the shop 3 times and have not beed able to speak with the owner to see what they could do to help out an unhappy consumer. The owner is never there. Messages go unanswered and emails to them are ignored. Buy from them and take your chances of getting SCREWED with no lube. read more

I was really excited to see the sign outside that said "e-cigs" & "e-juices," so my boyfriend and I took a trip inside to see what they had to offer. When you first walk in, there are a ton of hippie clothes and hats. I was helped by two cute girls. They greeted us and immediately asked if we were looking for anything in particular, which I said as a matter of fact, yes. One of the girls brought us towards the back to their "ejuice bar" which is AWESOME. They have reasonable prices and you're able to TEST out all of the flavors before buying which is a HUGE deal! There were some very tempting flavors and then when I tried some of them I was disappointed, but the girl was very patient with me trying them out. I ended up getting Pink Champagne and Peach Rings which I recommend. They also have a special where you can get a e-starter kit with charger and case, AND two smiley juices for $45. They have a ton of hookahs, and shisha. This shop is amazing, I wish we had something like this in Boston! The girls were very chill, cool, and sweet They didn't mention anything about nicotine content or vg/pg ratio of the juices which would have been helpful. read more

The customer service here is about as bad as it gets. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. The girl who works there sold me the wrong size banger as it was labeled wrong and refused to switch it out even though it was her fault. This place HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The lady who claims she is the the owners sister is terrible. She clearly should not be working if her attitude is goin to be that damn bad. I literally had to walk out and leave my items at the counter because her attitude was that ridiculous. FYI this was all because when I walked in the store I was attempting to put my mask on. She advised I should have my mask on before I came in the store ok I get it. However I was coving my face with my mask yet because I didn't want to put the mask strings behind my ear she still had a problem. I said ma'am what is the issue My face is covered. She gave me so much attitude I said who is your manager she said I am the manager I said who is the owner she said my brother.
