Melody's job is to upsell, and she's good at her job. $11,000 later I'm disappointed with the final result. She has lots of pictures of lots of houses, always bigger than yours, showing their great work. Interestingly, none of these people leave glowing reviews. Everything said in the 1-star reviews are absolutely true. Everything. In my driveway they blew out MY polymeric and put in their sand. Now I have weeds. Overspray in my pool blocked up my filter. Overspray on my sliders is difficult to remove. And now I have water stains on my ceiling below an attic vent. Most issues are not noticed right away. After they were done, then came Melody's hard pitch to repaint the house for another $20,000. When I told Melody the bright white caulk they put all around my front travertine patio did not color match my beige tiles and looked terrible, then came the attitude and defensiveness and she balked at fixing it, saying "in a few months it'll all be dirty again and will match". I got them to replace the caulk with grout after talking more about repainting. Melody finally sent out Jose, who has his own business and apparently spends a lot of time as Melody"s 'fixer'. He's the reason I bumped them up to 3-stars. Save yourself some aggravation, and don't make my mistake. Read their reviews BEFORE you call them. And no, they won't be painting.

I was given a price that I expected the company to honor. They sent their contract over with the pricing of which I signed off on, numerous text messages were exchanged verifying the date and time and procedures they would be going through to complete the work.... Unfortunately, that did not happen. During the process, I also caught what I believe were misrepresentations (lies) regarding the pricing, which completely destroyed my confidence in the company. To make matters worse, I rearranged my schedule and took half a day off from work specifically to be available for them. My time has value, and this experience ultimately cost me money--not just in the unexpected pricing, but also in lost work time. A professional company should provide honest, straightforward pricing and respect its customers' time.
