I spoke with the office manager, and she claim she sent a message in some portal ... first of all, how am I suppose to get it if I'm a NEW patient?? I haven't seen anyone! And no I didn't receive a call ... her response to that was "well it was 11at night" if it was that serious, I would've made that call. (So unprofessional in my opinion) I am new to this pregnancy journey and I was hoping that I would be able to be seen at this office because I heard nothing but great things about the providers. But TRUST the reviews about the office staff. I should've known better when I walked up to the counter ON TIME the receptionist didn't even acknowledge me. This is NOT the type of place I want my first time pregnancy journey to be around. This is just my experience. Maybe yours would be different. Just don't get your hopes up.

I'm deducting stars for some shadier billing practices. Examples: reception - I repeat RECEPTION - will have you pee in a cup before seeing your doctor, and without explanation. Apparently it is procedure to test ALL women for pregnancies, which sets the tone of how must they trust your knowledge about your own body, and how they will listen to you. To top it off, you will get billed for it. And in that vein of billing, they will bill you for time waiting to see your doctor, not just time with your doctor. I was moved from the first waiting room, to a second waiting room, where I was left sitting for over 30 minutes. That time was included in my final bill as time with my physician, which is no small fee. So prepare your wallet accordingly!

I do not recall who delivered my grandson, but my daughter and grandson were in good hands. She is now expecting my second grandchild and came in to see Dr. McDaniel. She and her fiancé were asked a VERY unprofessional and uncomfortable question. I will not say it on here, but we will be calling to file a complaint. It is a shame that you go in to be seen, expecting professionalism and humanism, only to be disrespected because you are young. They brushed it off, but this doctor needs to be dealt with.

Which can cause massive problems, this lady was waiting for surgery since 9:30 and didn't get seen til 5 and her boyfriend comes busting through the back waiting room like a psycho demanding his money back and actually spit on one of the nurses. The nurses had no remorse for him or his girlfriend and instead called the cops on them. Yes this place is cheap but just be prepared for the bullshit that comes with this visit. I explained that I live far away and was emotionally distressed due to severe perimenopause symptoms. Despite this, the receptionist showed no empathy and had what felt like a sarcastic attitude. She refused to help me even after I explained my situation and assured her I would bring my physical ID to the next visit. I also spent over a year trying to get this appointment because of the same staff member: unclear information, refusal to provide the office address, and insisting on faxing documents without offering alternatives. Policies do not excuse a lack of compassion. The administrative staff's behavior needs serious improvement.
