But when they installed a new stove, only one person showed up and he was new and ended up dropping the stove because he couldn't get it up the stairs on the deck. After the install, the stove has leaked, causing my windows to smoke up and the carbon monoxide detector to go off. And the worst part is, Randy won't take responsibility for it and so I am being forced to file a complaint with Larimer County and take legal action.

Other more minor issues are they said they could put in French drains but obviously do not know that water runs downhill, not uphill. And they trashed the edges of our lawn. It was a big step for us to decide to do that job due to the expense it is such a big disappointment to still have a horrible-looking driveway.
