Gentle, honest, kind staff. They didn't make me feel bad for sobbing as I came to look at urns. They were gentle and never once pressured any sale during my visit but were kind in showing me all the options they had available. Everything was very reasonably priced, even their extras, like necklaces and such, were reasonable. They made sure my girl's little box was neat and tidy and sent me home with her little package and paw prints well done and clearly visible. read more

This place is amazing. They were so sensitive to our situation and very understanding which feels good to know people like that have a business like such. Very pleased with their services and would recommend this place to anybody who wants the most out of their beloved pet cremation. I ate at the Burger King on 4th and Slide, and was very impressed. The store was immaculate, the service fast, the food was great, and the Manager circled through the dining room, checking on guests. I had almost given up on Burger King, but this location is top notch. I will be back! read more

Camille, the owner of Cimarron Pet Cemetery is very caring and empathizes on the loss of pets. She knows that the "pet" means more to us than just a dog or cat that we have to bury or cremate. I greatly appreciate her tender and kind-hearted demeanor during a difficult time for us. read more

I lost my 10 1/2 year old baby almost 2 months ago. They were truly angels in handling my baby and our grieving family. We were able to have a burial service for him and his furry bothers and sister were able to come out and say "see you again some day" with the rest of us. It didn't take the pain away, but it helped us through a very traumatic time for our family. I lost my best friend, but thank you Cimmarron for helping us through. I didn't feel like a number and now I can go visit my baby anytime I please. read more

We spent over $400 for the vet to tell us the dog is dying. Now it's over 2 months and the dog is doing better than he was before he got sick and we took him to this vet clinic please do not go to this place or listen to what the vet has to say please be aware that this Doctor will steal your money and kill your dog all in one trip. Please go somewhere else. This place does not care about your pet.

She and her colleague always picked up the phone immediately; when I scheduled and then rescheduled a private service within a matter of minutes, they didn't bat an eye. I went to the facility this morning to see my baby. She had been carefully arranged with her little paws folded on her chest, and her eyes were nearly closed. She looked as if she were fast asleep. Her private service was that - absolutely private. I got her paw print this morning; I picked up her ashes five hours later. I hope I don't need to use Emerson's services for another decade or more.
