Sure the prices are high but these are designer brands after all and to be expected. Although I have to admit Incu marks it up quite high. This place fits right into my approach to shopping. I don't shop often at all so I have a small wardrobe, but when I do I tend to buy investment pieces that would last me years. I have bought a few items here (mostly when its on sale) and even the most simple items look different when worn. My favourite designer is Alexander Wang and his casual wear line is amazing. He puts a bit of cool to my usual uniform of jeans and t-shirt! The assistants there are usually design students and are nice enough when approached. I guess the clothes speak for themselves and their demeanor reflective of most designer stores. Truth is, at current market conditions, I would rather shop online because you can get all of these designers on websites such as net-a-porter at much lower prices. But if I can't wait or if its sold out overseas, this is when I head to Incu. Lovely store with beautiful clothing.

Incu is great, expensive but great, I don't often buy anything as I don't want to spend $45 for a singlet or $120 on shorts, but if I had an unlimited budget and less clothes I would shop there. They sell casual designer clothes from leading design houses and their clothes cover a range of styles, but are all excellent quality and extremely stylish. Although I try to keep my credit card in my pocket, I still like to have a browse.

The store isn't as big as the Melbourne one though but still offers two levels. One level is the ladies clothing and the second level is split between kids and men's. They aren't offering homewares like the Melbourne store does. They have some good options for men and the quality is better then what you are going to get for a similar price in the likes of Cotton On. I stocked up on some much needed items to get me through the winter months. Overall the store is a miniature version of what H&M offers and they are due to have a CBD store at the end of 2015 which will be a similar size to the Melbourne GPO store.

And the nicer suit-y garb, the wool jackets and cream suits and such. But most of it is like a glorified Cotton On, sadly. And where's the big homewares section that Melbourne gets?! They have ordered the clothes according to colour so you can be pretty direct if you want to find something in particular. I found most of the clothes quite mumsyish, but I didn't let that dissuade me. After a bit more of a thorough browse I came away with a gorgeous Country Road top and sensible work skirt, all for under $30! Very pleasing...and charitable. What more could you ask for?

I find their clothes a bit hit and miss, but that's ok, because at least they are willing to sometimes push the envelope in what they sell and when you do this you're walking a fine line of what people will and won't like and what will suit different people's tastes. These days Premonition's clothes are leaning towards chic and for the most part it works, it's a bit of a shame though that the designs aren't as funkily experimental as they once were. Their clothes are on the expensive side, but they also do really good sales so I suppose it all balances out.

The change rooms - wish I had taken a photo! The entry to each cubicle had a Moroccan theme with the curved door frames, different coloured interiors in each cubicle, complete with Arabic cushions on the floor! The waiting area is super cute, an oversized Arabic / Moroccan daybed with a bright matress and cushions. The sales staff are really helpful and friendly. One star down for the prices!

Well, apparently it's not a brand to shout from the rooftops, which is exactly what I did when my friend asked me where I'd got my snazzy new blouse from. In her perpetual local wisdom she said that it's all very well to get the odd piece from this shop as there are some really brilliant finds in here, but just keep the label on the down-low!
