Wow! That was certainly the case with me. I had lost a lot of weight throughout my body but not much in my breasts. I came in wearing a 38B bra. I was spilling out everywhere and had no idea what size I should wear. I only know that I had deep marks around my breasts, back, and shoulders when I took my existing bras off. Apryl measured and declared that I was a 40D. I was somewhat shocked that I was that large. I had carried 3 bras into the dressing room that I liked. Apryl went out into the store and found each of my choices in 40D. I slipped the first one on thinking I would have room to spare but the fit was perfect! Apryl adjusted the straps and said "this is how a bra should fit". I ended up buying two of the ones I had chosen earlier and one she brought in later that is my favorite. I am donating 30 plus bras to my local women's shelter. Most were bought online and have been worn once or not at all. I could have saved a lot of money and frustration had I been professionally fitted at Soma. I will been needing more soon and will definitely shop there again.

Al darse cuenta, pidió ayuda y alguien vino a ayudarle a hacer la devolución y cobrarme como cliente, no como empleada; me pidió disculpas y me aseguró que mi dinero se devolvería en los siguiente días. Hasta allí todo bien, eso fue el 5 de Mayo. Hoy aproveché para pasar a la misma tienda en The Woodlands, Texas, y al pedirle a la manager ayuda, pues el reembolso sigue pendiente y no se libera. Le expliqué mi situación y atrevidamente sugirió que eso ellas no pueden hacer cobros así, dando a entender que yo estaba mintiendo. Fue muy vergonzoso pues había gente comprando; le expliqué de manera clara lo sucedido y solo me decía que en servicio al cliente podían hacer algo para ayudarme. Su actitud no era amable ni comprensiva, era cortante y autoritaria. Le expliqué que si me hubieran explicado que yo tenía que hacer algo extra para reembolsarme, lo hubiese entendido, pero que el error era de la chica y no mío. Todos cometemos errores, pero la manera de reparar puede ser más amistosa, pudo haber tenido más empatía y lo hubiese dejado allí, no estaría haciendo este comentario que me parece importante. We go to the door and ring the buzzer the woman behind the counter does not open the door . She's motioning towards something I have no idea so I give her a call in the store phone she answered. I ask her what she wants me to do her response is read the sign. The signs says we do not allow anyone into the building without a vehicle . I let her know that we Ubered her response "well the Uber should have stayed with you" she hangs up in my face . We call an Uber . To come back . So I called to let her know an Uber was coming . 3 times I called one the 2 nd time she leaves the booth & judge watches me call . I'm still being positive like okay let's just wait for the Uber . The Uber gets there & another guy gets there who mind you he had his own vehicle & she refused to open the door . She refused to let him in . My Uber comes & I tell the Uber the situation she decides to stay no problem . I go to the door yo let them woman know . She refused to answer the phone or the door ......yall when I say she wouldn't answer the phone but said through the door I AM GOING TO CALL THE COPS . Not a huge selection of children's clothes but very reasonable prices. Most of the store is dedicated to helping women with breast feeding. The owner helps women with one on one consultations and has a non profit group called smart mommies that is basically a peer group for mothers to come for support in all aspects of motherhood. I haven't been able to attend one yet but I can't wait to check it out! They also carry a selection of maternity clothing for good prices. My kids loved coming with me as they have a whole section for them to play in including a chalk wall for them to draw on. All-in-all I highly recommend this place!
