Love the staff. Store a little messy but we're facing a huge Black Friday sale. Not my favorite store but it will do.

The staff was rude and seemed like they didn't want to be there, let alone help anyone. On top of that, the store was a mess, unorganized shelves, and fitting rooms that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. It's really disappointing to walk into a place expecting decent service and cleanliness and get neither. read more

If they sold resumes and info on where you've worked, it'd be Pink'd In. If they sold really stupid insults by people towards me who don't like how progressive I am, they'd be Pinko. If they sold people's little fingers, it'd be Pinky. If they sold green hair dye and facial piercings, it'd be Punk. They don't. And if they sold whips and chains (which excite Rihanna), it'd be Kink. But it's actually Pink, owned by Victoria's Well-Known Public Knowledge (not to be confused with Pubic Knowledge, which they also have). This is an excellent Pink store in Humble, and even though in many ways it's a typical Pink store and maybe a little smaller than some, and even though it's in a mall that's pretty run down and seems like it will be closing at some point, judging by how many stores here are closing down, and due to the mall being old, it still ended up being one of our favourite Pink stores. One of the reasons why it is one of our favourites is because out of all the stores we went to in the Houston area, this is the one where Barbie found the most things in her extra small and small sizes on sale during that massive sale that Pink has. She found at least three different pairs of hot-ass leggings that she absolutely loves and still wears on the reg, and has worn in many of the sexy pictures she has taken that some of you may have perused once or twice. Service was okay and lines were okay but they weren't the real strong points of the store. Great sale options and pricing and having everything in stock are the top reasons why we love this particular location. Now I have to take all my tattoos and run to the bathroom. I put off coming back until I was ready to deal with a long line for a simple exchange. I figured today, a Sunday should not be too busy. I was wrong... First at hand- you can do an exact exchange for the same item without a receipt. If you have a return without a receipt, you get the price of the item, but if the item is on sale- you will receive the sale price. I'm not a fan of the switch up layouts. Today I knew exactly what I wanted. Not to my surprise if had been moved. After searching the floor I found it. Hmmmmmm- I saw one Associate as I walked towards their wrap around line. Every register was open. I think the space is too small; it has an adverse effect on the flow of check out. The Semi Annual sale is happening now. Plus they are fully stocked with Valentine's Day gifts for that special someone gentleman. Don't wait until the weekend to shop. The really cute items will more than likely be sold out. I always lol when I tell myself "I'm going to leave a review that was terrible" then I log on to see I'm not the only one with a bad experience. The manager had to be 18 years old and absolutely ridiculous. I grabbed the wrong size bra 30 days ago and I came to swap it out. They refused to give me an even exchange because I didn't have a receipt. They tried looking up my transaction with my card and it came back no results found. I went through my bank statement to find the date when I made the purchase. They refused to help. I just want my correct bra size.... read more

I'll start off by saying the customer service here sucks! By both manager and employees. Also, the only reason they are getting one star is because I have to select it in order to give a review. I've been a loyal customer with Victoria's secrets; even have a gold card with them. I had went in, to do a quick exchange of 2 bras and that was it. The tags were still on them and everything; but I didn't have my receipt.... So that is why I pulled up my transaction history to show what and when I purchased it. Now things got tricky because the associate that was helping me find the right sizes informed me that since it's just even exchange then there's no problem. Little do I know, I ended up speaking with another associate that was doing the exchange and wouldn't exchange. I also ended up speaking with store manager and her attitude was HORRIBLE to say the least. WOULD'NT recommend this location to anyone. There needs to be more managers that can deal with customers appropriately and can give good customer service! read more

I was a bit reluctant about service in such a fluffy place, but my 15 year old Demi bra finally gave up on me...so to speak... Upon entry, someone actually greeted me and shared some interesting insight about their newer bras. I had to promise to hand wash them as the new silicone stuff one hold up well in a washing machine and doing so will "always man that I have a new bra." Well, I was told to wait at the back of the store for someone to meet me. Little did I know that I was really supposed to be heading to the dressing room to be measured. Clearer directions would have been helpful. Anywhooooo, I had "grown" over the years, and with doubt in mind, I opted for what I believed was my size and what was measured. There was plenty of selection and plenty of assistance in the dressing room. I don't know that more affordable bras were easily located, but I'm not much of a shopper... Turns out, their sizing was far more correct than mine. I especially like the lure to return: a $25 gift card for spending so much money. When I return, I will be a very shrewd shopper and stick to something I need for as close to $25 as possible. These bras are far too overpriced... read more

Went in today to make a purchase and I already knew what I needed just couldn't find it. A girl asked if I needed help and I said yes. As soon as another person walked by she asked if they needed help and they said yes and she walked right to them. So I kept looking for what I needed on my own bc I'm sure I was going to find what I need. As soon as I had what I needed I ask another person a question while I was about to get in line. She was rude and told me to call another store bc she could help me. I told her it just a question why do I have to call another store when I'm here already. I just left my stuff and left the store and plan to cancel my credit card here. I always have trouble with this location. I put up with bc it's the nearest place to where I live. I never complain about places but I'm so done with this place after today. read more

The shopping experience here is frustrating at best. About ten patrons and myself and waiting in line while one salesperson works to check us out. There are others in the floor - perhaps more than there are people shopping. In addition to this seemingly unnecessary wait, I was told by a salesperson that an item I wanted was not available because they would have to open boxes in the stockroom, and well...they just couldn't. Is customer care and satisfaction becoming non-existent? read more

This place is a joke you have to wait forever to check out in line the management is not trained well enough to handle a busy store . When your line is wrapped around your store help the checkout process. She just said I am doing what I can that cooperate don't give her enough employees. I came here yesterday after a long and thorough search for something extra sexy (over the internet all day at work hehehe) for myself. Luckily for me, one of my BFF is male and he gave me the green light on the Lace Chantilly which I got in brushed lilac... In the words of "Scramble with Friends" AMAZING!! INNNNNCREDIBLLLLE!!! ( If you are scratching your head with confusion right now... It's too late lol) Anywho, the garment was my first choice anyway, I just needed a male's prospective. After work, I trekked on over to the location that I actually used to work at over 10 years ago and to my surprise the store had a complete remodel and a very fabulous one at that!! Go VS Deerbrook! I walked in speedily, on a mission and with my eye on the prize and straight up to it I walked but, they were all black. I thumbed through in disbelief and a very confused look when up walk an "Angel" Bolly I think her name was.. Her customer service was by far THE BESTESTTT (yes 3 T's) EVER!!! And it was nothing short of outstanding. I let her know my dilemma and she guided me to the right direction and found the very piece of heaven that I was looking for AND in brushed lilac! Not only that, but she was very knowledgeable and assured me that a specific size would be great for my body type. Awesome! She then referred some other items that would compliment this epic piece but I was on a mission, a budget and needed to get in and out quickly so I had to save that for my next purchase with Bolly. read more

Honestly this Victoria's secret is the rudest and most unprofessional store I've been to. They had items on a table with a 60% off sign and I asked an employee that was on the floor before purchasing to make sure the item I wanted was 60% off and she said yes, when I got up to the counter to pay they tell me it's full price and I mention the lady on the floor told me it was 60% off because it was on the mark down table for 60% off. After I tell her she then double checks and gives me the price. If I wouldn't have said anything I would've gotten charged full price which is ridiculous. Not the first time this happens at this store either. Save yourself the time and go to a different location with employees who want to help you instead of give off attitudes. read more

I returned to Victoria Secrets due to the wrong bra size and was severely worried and uncertain of the return policy. I walked in there with my receipt in hand and was immediately greeted by a nice young lady Simone who then explained the process and actually helped me to return and exchange them after she managed to size me and look for the correct bra. After crap service and non-trained management I see why this company is closing stores. After the service I recieved in a overpriced store I closed my VS card along with other family members. Customer service sucks I always have to wait 25-30 just to pay it's beyond ridiculous! long lines and only two cashiers are open

I'm disappointed. I went on a Friday morning (it wasn't that packed) as soon as went in the store it seemed unorganized, I couldn't find things on my size; literally most of the drawers were EMPTY! And on top of that I came there because it said that it was a participating store of something I was looking for which in the end it said that they didn't. I even spent more then $75 and did not got a tote bag when a customer before me did. read more

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER. I'm actually canceling my credit card for VS, because I'm fed up with ever having to go into this location.
