It's off in a quiet street, along a plaza that has multidisciplinary health care clinics. Free parking is always good and a beautiful pond and trail next to it if you arrive early. I really found this place to be friendly and genuine in trying to get you better. All the competitive sports and accidents in my youth caught up with me in this decade, and now I seem to need foot answers. Dr Bhatti is passionate about his work, he took the time to explain my concerns. Regarding orthotics, he uses a laser scanner vs the traditional foam box or plaster method or the new 3d scan which can all have issues to a proper foot mold.

Not only does he put you at ease with his corny sense of humour, but he also didn't take the opportunity to put me into expensive orthotics or scare me with bunion surgery horror stories. All I had to do was get good shoes with a hard sole to relieve the aggravation of my arthritic toe. Amazing! He did not recommend orthotics (it seems this is the "overall" cure recommended by some doctors) and gave me some suggestions as to how to alleviate the pain (and wear a bit of a heel, which makes sense in my case and I already knew I cannot wear flats or Birkenstock sandals). A sense of humour and a relaxed atmosphere at his practice. No follow up required, unless I have more pain. Strongly recommed Dr. N to anyone with foot problems.

It costs above average to see the podiatrist, around $55-$60. When I inquired about orthotics, she said they cost at least $500. I've asked around and it really shouldn't be that much. Doctor is only in certain days of the week and at his other location in the west end on the other days, so be sure to call in advance if you want to book an appointment! Unfortunately, this was the closest location to me which is why I even bothered. I know you're heading here cause you're concerned about your feet, but these guys are going to charge you an arm and leg (pun intended)!

Dr. Debbie Smrz actually was able to ELIMINATE my foot pain completely! Here's my story: About 14 months ago, I went to the Urgent Care Clinic barely able to walk. I was diagnosed with a severe case of plantar fasciitis. It was so painful, I could barely walk. I sought treatment at a podiatrist who promptly prescribed orthotics and stretching. Nothing helped. After 6 months, the podiatrist decided to try cortisone shots in my foot. If I rate my pain prior to the injections, I would give it a 10 on a scale of 10.
