Not only does he put you at ease with his corny sense of humour, but he also didn't take the opportunity to put me into expensive orthotics or scare me with bunion surgery horror stories. All I had to do was get good shoes with a hard sole to relieve the aggravation of my arthritic toe. And he also respected my appointment time so I didn't have to wait long like with most doctors and specialists. Highly recommend!

Amazing! He did not recommend orthotics (it seems this is the "overall" cure recommended by some doctors) and gave me some suggestions as to how to alleviate the pain (and wear a bit of a heel, which makes sense in my case and I already knew I cannot wear flats or Birkenstock sandals). A sense of humour and a relaxed atmosphere at his practice. No follow up required, unless I have more pain. Strongly recommed Dr. N to anyone with foot problems.

You can schedule regular visits to come in and if you are forgetful they will give you a reminder call. We have been going there for 25 years now and have never had any issues. They will even custom make orthotics to fit into your shoes. Insurance plans cover some of the costs for us so it isn't all out of pocket but if you ever get a serious injury or a disease that affects your mobility you will really appreciate having a place to go to that you can rely on. When my daughter comes in to visit us she always makes sure to schedule an appointment as well.

He was so patient, knowledgeable, and willing to experiment with me. He started tweaking and modifying my current orthotics right away, and wouldn't stop until he figured out the best way to help me to be able to run again. Before visiting Dr. Ng, I could barely run 5k without injury. After the last session with him, I finished three Ironmans, and I'm still running strong. The only problem with this is I don't have much of a reason to go back anymore. Most places I've been to seem to only want your insurance plan money, and are optimized to extract as much as possible. Dr. Ng only seems to want to help you get better. I couldn't recommend him any more!

My wife and I have been seeing Natheetharan for more than 3 years now and have nothing bad to say about him. He takes the time to assess your feet and understand your lifestyle. After discussion, he prescribed me orthotics and compression socks that were suitable for my workout, office commute and travelling (which have been very useful for longer haul flights). The orthotics at Danforth Foot Clinic is pricier that other places (starting price is around $500), which is my only complaint about this place. Unless you have a pretty comprehensive/ generous insurance plan, it might not be able to cover 100% of the cost.
