My guy turned me on to Cindy's Nails when I moved to Florida three years ago. He would take his Mom for a mani/pedi every month until she passed. Cindy is very friendly & sweet. She always greets you with a smile. The shop has seen many upgrades and improvements in the past year. The pani chairs are equipped with different settings for a massage. It is an added bonus that gives you a wonderful experience and leaves you feeling very relaxed. The mani chairs are very comfortable with thick soft leather and cushioned seats. Cindy offers you water or Vietnamese coffee which she makes individually. It tastes mildly sweet and has a nice foam. Cindy employs several manicurists who are equally as pleasant. Several are family members. Cindy's Nails also offers a variety of services, from shampooing, lash extensions, permanent makeup, massages, facials, waxing and more! I am always satisfied with the quality and the amount of time I am given at Cindy's Nails. There is no need to make a reservation. read more

NO! Just say no! I had nails, pedicure and I had permanent makeup. I found another place to do nails because they will always say have a seat but get to you whenever. They rush the job which isn't that great. Now the makeup....never ever go there for that. I was left waiting for close to an hour in the back. She said she put numbing stuff on me and I had to wait. Not true. Later she put the numbing tuff on and it took almost imminently. Certainly not an hour! She (Cindy) was out doing nails! My eyebrows are both a different size and very noticeable. her and her husband refuse to make an appointment to see her again to fix it. I went to several other places and they all said I could only make the one 'good' eyebrow to match the bad one. I don't think so. It's a mess. I wouldn't go here for free!! read more

Just had THE WORST experience there. A couple of employees were RUDE. After picking out a color from the sample nails, I was given a nail polish that was not the one I picked. No problem right? ... except that to this lady, apparently it was a big deal. She told me the color she handed me was the same as the one I picked (multiple times in an elevated tone of voice). When I asked to see the samples again, she didn't want to hand them back to me, I had to ask her 3 times to see the samples again. When I insisted, she rudely tossed the samples to me and steamed off speaking another language. Because I had somewhere to go the next morning, I wanted to complete my mani/pedi (and she wasn't my nail tech, so I decided to stay). The pedicure I received from my nail tech was very rushed and sloppy, the worst I have received. There were no plastic guards for the foot soak and the instruments did NOT come out of a package or even the autoclave. They were in a dirty basket and looked used multiple times. The pedicure literally took 10 mins. When I sat down for my manicure, my nail tech cut my cuticle and made me bleed, she then insisted on touching my new wound and wouldn't let go of my hands. I literally had to force my hands away from her! It was ridiculous! At that point, I told her I was leaving and picked my shoes so I could pay and leave. My nail tech grabbed my shoes from my hands, but I was still holding them so I didn't let them go and pulled them away from her while saying, "I want to leave". She then forced my shoes out if my hands and walked to the back sink. I followed her to get my shoes; it turns out she was just putting them in a bag... BUT WHY DIDN'T SHE SAY THAT instead of grabbing my shoes out of my hands. I paid and left although I feel like I should have just left. read more

Today, March 12, 2019, I went to Cindy's nails to get a pedicure. My nail technician was extremely rude upon arrival. I told her I wanted the basic pedicure and it went downhill after that. My toenails are completely crooked. She did not scrub my feet, she did not cut off any excess skin around my toes, and she barely put any lotion on my legs. The pedicure maybe lasted 20 minutes, maybe. I will not be returning. I could have done the pedicure better myself. read more

Go for brows. Was seated in pedi chair! Not good! And they were not busy. Will find new salon for brows!

Nothing fancy, but it simply doesn't get any more sterile than at Cindy's and she did a great job on my mani-pedi! From out of town and could not be more delighted!!! Thank you, Cindy!!! Highly recommend!!! read more

Very rude and inexperienced on my first visit. Tried again and even though I said several times NO manicure, just gel, when I went to pay she insisted on charging me for a manicure which I did not get. Again she was rude about it and I will never go back!!!! read more

Absolutely not!! Do NOT DO the permanent make up!!! I had my eye brows done. I had them done before but she can do "she said' hair like strokes with a finer needle. I thought a touch up would be great. NO! She not didn't follow the natural hair line but didn't follow the other tattoo line either so I had two 'tails' to my eyebrow!! One is WAY bigger than the other eyebrow. I asked her to fix it and she would not. She said she would charge me which I think is a rip but I NEEDED it fixed. She fixed the two tails but not the size being off and that one is higher than the other. I asked again, her husband wouldn't book an apt for me, I went in person and she said it is fine, you will see. Its been year of me hiding now. NO its not better. I am now in another state trying to find help for this. I want to add that she said it would take two hours to do this. It took FOUR hours because she did manicures in between. She would but numb cream on and said I had to wait, twice. Well funny how while doing the eyebrow she put more numb cream on and it took less than a minute to work. My husband was FURIOUS since he was waiting and had plans. Two hours does not mean FOUR. I was so uncomfortable just laying there, nothing under my back or knees.
