The woman at the desk asked if she could help, and rather than admit my mistake, I acted like I had some insurance questions. I was introduced to an agent, Angie, and I happened to have an explanation of benefits from my job crunched in my pocket, so we talked about the life insurance portion. She explained it all to me, and even though my HR department did a great job of confusing us all, Angie made it all make sence. Since I was already there, I got a renters policy quote and an auto. Better coverage for the same price was a no brainer, but it was all about the service for me. Highly recommended.

I've been an 18+ year client here. I don't know what has happened in the past few years but…read moresomething has changed for the worse. The receptionists have always been a bit on the crusty side but they have gotten worse. It takes multiple phone calls over several months to get help with questions from previous years fillings. Everyone I have recommended to go there has noticed a change as well and are not happy. They have also found other tax professionals that are less expensive and more willing to help. I have heard certain accountants talk down and very disrespectful to clients, especially Darlene. I have also been talked to as if I couldn't comprehend what they were saying. I will never be back due to the disrespect I have had thrown at me and the disrespect I have witnessed other people go through.
