The purchasing was fine BUT .... once it's on your property you can almost forget getting good…read moreservice. We purchased the house OVER A YEAR ago and the work is still not complete. The skirt that goes around the house is still missing a huge piece. The a/c register was never even cut out which caused the a/c unit to go out with in 8 months. It still has no register or a way to put in a filter. The door and frame were dry rotted and as many times as we've communicated this (over 15 times) it is still not completed!!! One of the kitchen cabinets is peeling and we were supposed receive a replacement but have not. All if these things were communicated in writing and verbally within the first week of purchase and are still not completed. Do not deal with this company, you will regret it!!!!

They do not respond to you, and if you write a comment on their social media instead of reaching out and trying to fix the situation issue or the problem they block you I do not recommend this business. I do not recommend Hillary. I do not recommend Dalton if you want a nice home that's actually complete with repairs done don't buy from here.
