I placed and paid for a same-day birthday flower delivery for my wife on May 27, 2026. This was supposed to be a special surprise because I am a truck driver away from home and wanted my wife to receive tulips on her birthday. Nobody answered the phone all day. I called multiple times and left voicemails. No communication, no updates, and no delivery confirmation. Then at the end of the day, after keeping me waiting for hours, they suddenly canceled the order claiming they "could not deliver at requested time/day." If they already knew they could not complete the delivery, they should have informed me early in the day instead of wasting my entire day and ruining the surprise for my wife's birthday. I was in town for a reunion at Winthrop University and this shop was recommended to me by a local friend. I ordered the flowers and we agreed that I would pick them up on Saturday, January 31. On Friday evening, I received a text message advising me that I needed to come pick up the flowers immediately. Rock Hill was forecast to get snow over night and the shop decided to close so pick up would not be possible. I replied to the text that I was at dinner and out with my college friends and had been drinking so picking the flowers up was not possible/safe/legal for me to drive. I reminded the shop that I would be there to pick the flowers up in the morning. I was told they would deliver the flowers but would charge me a delivery fee. I expressed that this was unfair and bad customer service because they were the ones closing unexpectedly and without warning to me. The person said she would discuss it with the owner/manager. When I got to the hotel the flowers were there. They were unimpressive and the wrong colors (red instead of garnet). I never heard from the store again so I assumed the delivery fee was waived. I was shocked when the charge showed up on my credit card. I guess Cindy's would rather me drive drunk than uphold our agreement. The next morning, at the agreed upon time, the roads were becoming snowy but they were more than drivable. In fact, I drove around that day until about 3:00 when the roads finally were covered and "not safe" but Cindy's could have an should have honored our agreement and since they chose to close the delivery should have been complimentary. All this for mediocre looking flowers. I don't live in Rock Hill but if I did, I would never use this business again. read more

Picked Cindy's out of sevreal on Cherry Rd. because my name is Cindy and the ratings. I ordered an arrangement for someone special who had a miscarriage. I asked for pastel colors and either "forget me nots" or "babies breath". To pick from Gerber daisy's, roses, and/or carnations. I was told oh yes, our floral designer will use that info for the flowers, she's very good! When I was sent a picture of the arrangement, it was decidedly pink and white without Forget Me Nots or Babies Breath. When I called to request a do-over I again asked for the Forget Me Nots or the Babies Breath. The replacement flowers still didn't have either of those and while the colors were now pastel the lovely Gerber daisies and roses where gone. The arrangement was not nearly as nice .... so .... I guess the message is don't complain or you'll get less than you paid for. read more

Owner refused to give me any money back after I had to drive to another state and get the flower from the wrong hospital , go to food lion and buy flowers re make her arrangement. I cannot say enough praises for this florist. I messed up and sent my best friend's flowers to the wrong address. The person who received them found out who they went to and called florist to let them know and for her act of kindness, made her an arrangement to thank her. The flowers never made it to my friend's yesterday. This morning at 7:30, I called the florist and told them I had messed up. They were sweet, kind, and compassionate! I contacted Cindy's one week prior to when I need this arrangement. Its for my cousin's soft salon opening. And its even more important now because the plan for opening was on hold due to the COVID. So I need this arrangement to be grand, classy, boujee and chic. I requested 2 dozens of peonies in different shades of pink. And a dozens of roses in pink. Unfortunately due to this lock down and after Mother's Day. Peonies were a no go. But Michelle the florist designer made it work. It was delivered early that morning and the whole day, everybody talk about that. It was grand, fit the decor and ambiance of the salon. Everybody were very impressed. Thats a win. If there was a zero star, I would leave a zero. I have had issues with this florist once before and gave them another chance. Ordered flowers Tuesday morning for a Friday delivery. No flowers delivered yesterday. My elderly parents received a call to come by 3 o'clock to pick them up while still being charged a delivery fee and when they drove there, the flowers were not available. Flowers were still not delivered today and when I called they were extremely rude and argumentative. Over $170 for this order, and after three calls offered a 10% discount on missing a special time for the recipient. I will never use them again and suggest anyone reading this to be aware. Could not have been more disappointed in the plant arrangement that was delivered to the recipient. Not even close to what I ordered. They were nice enough to replace it with another arrangement. However, still not at all what I ordered. If you have a picture of something as available on your website, the customer should be able to order it and receive it. If you don't have any of the plants or the container to make it, you should be up front and tell the customer. Won't be back since I can't trust that what I order will be delivered. I live out of state so I relied on what was advertised. I do appreciate their goodwill to fix this so I gave them two stars instead of one. read more

Beware of using a credit card at this establishment. We sent flowers to a funeral using this shop a few months ago and they got there. No complaints with the initial service. Then yesterday out of the blue my wife gets an email from them thanking her for an order that she didn't place to a recipient we don't know. The recipient happened to have the same last name as we do but no relationship to us and in an entirely different state ( We know this because of the automated email that had all the information showing the recipient) By the time my wife got the email and attempted to call the business they had closed for the day. We replied to the email immediately letting the business know the charge was fraudulent assuming that because the recipient had the same last name possibly there had been some sort of confusion which led to an inadvertent mistake on the part of the order taker. Unable to get them on the phone however we were left with no choice but to immediately notify the bank and cancel the card to avoid any possible further fraudulent charges. To make the whole experience even worse this all happened on our 25th Wedding Anniversary and the card we had to cancel was the one that was used for hotel booking for travel related to our anniversary in just a couple of days ( luckily for us it was not our only option but this would be a bummer for anyone who had no other options) Having gotten to this point it was stressful but we still thought it could have been a legitimate mistake until my wife followed up with a phone call to the business the next morning. After talking back and forth with the owner they told her that the order was taken over the phone and since her information was in their system the only verification they requested of the caller was her name and phone number. They were able to pull up the credit card information from a sale that happened months ago and use it based on a name, phone number both pieces of information that can be easily obtained by just about anyone. Unbelievably careless in my opinion in today's day and age to not require a caller phoning in an order to give the card information including the 3 digit security code. The owner was apologetic to my wife over the phone after speaking with the employee that took the order but apologies don't fix these type of issues better security practices do. read more
