I called multiple times and left voicemails. No communication, no updates, and no delivery confirmation. Then at the end of the day, after keeping me waiting for hours, they suddenly canceled the order claiming they "could not deliver at requested time/day." If they already knew they could not complete the delivery, they should have informed me early in the day instead of wasting my entire day and ruining the surprise for my wife's birthday. After a few days I received a call from Belky's saying they couldn't charge my card and needed to call them back (which sounded like a scam); doesn't matter that I have a receipt of payment already. I called them back but no one answered. So I decided to go by their store to deal with it in person, but there is no florist at the address listed. I'm really confused about the legitimacy here. I wouldn't recommend using them for the poor service and the poor product.
