On June 5, 2026, Cindy's was sold out of flowers for the weekend so I called The Rock Hill Flower Market Shop and spoke with Adriana who was pleasant. We agreed on a purple stock/White Rose arrangement with ribbon similar to Teleflora's $75 Enchanted Cottage Premium. Adriana's price for a similar arrangement was $100 + tax and delivery fee. The next day Adriana texted me one photo of the arrangement she took to the funeral home for the Sunday funeral. It was mixed colors and had no stocks in it and just a few roses. It did not look similar to Teleflora's Enchanted Cottage. I was disappointed and over the next week I called about 3 times and texted 2 times but received no reply nor would she answer my phone calls. She has Google voice so one had to announce yourself when you call. When I texted I asked for half of my money back because it was small and not the purple and white one-sided arrangement I bought for my aunt's funeral. My aunt loved purple and had a February amethyst birthday so that's why I selected a funeral arrangement similar to Enchanted Cottage.

After a few days I received a call from Belky's saying they couldn't charge my card and needed to call them back (which sounded like a scam); doesn't matter that I have a receipt of payment already. I called them back but no one answered. So I decided to go by their store to deal with it in person, but there is no florist at the address listed. I'm really confused about the legitimacy here. I wouldn't recommend using them for the poor service and the poor product.
