We've been waiting impatiently for 5 months to retrieve photos from my sister's wedding, and have been met with great dismay. There aren't any pictures we can share with our friends and family because 90% of the pictures are extremely blurry or of abysmal quality. They look like they have been taken from a shoddy cellphone by a complete amateur. None of my immediate family are in any of the pictures - it's like we weren't even at the wedding (even though we specifically directed the photographer to include us) - incredibly disappointing to not have any photos captured from a major life event. If you're about to hire a photographer for a major event, please have as much transparency as possible up front. When we confronted cineart photography about our disappointment, she resorted to name calling and insulting. NOT RECOMMENDED. read more

There was not a single shot of me the bride with her immediate family ( her parents and her siblings) and i was told that the wedding was " too stressful" well i did not know weddings were stress free and if a wedding photographer can't operate under stress then they should look for nature photography. There were pictures of me and my immediate family taken on cell phones evident that my family had posed with me but she did not capture it and refuses to admit to her mistake. It seemed like you had to tell her what to do and if you didn't she didn't have the common sense to know which important pictures needed to be taken. We hired cineart for my daughters wedding and when we finally got the pics 5 months later, I started crying. The quality was so bad that I cannot believe my eyes. Our other family members took pictures from their $100 camera and those were probably better. 90% of the event pictures are unedited. The day before the wedding we pulled the photographer aside and told her to make sure she captures the immediate family members. In the 1500 or so pics we received, there's maybe 10 pictures of me and not single one with full family. It was the most important day of my life and I have no memories captured from it. When we confronted the photographer she got her husband and friends to start attacking us claiming that we were purposely trying to defame her. Cineart doesn't like any criticism. They take few nice pics of bride and groom and then have no idea how to photograph an event. When at the wedding my daughter (brides sister) asked her if she could take a picture of her, she told my daughter to go to the photo booth to take a picture. They don't listen to clients and if someone has criticism instead of giving service they end up attacking them personally. Not recommended. I'm so upset I cry every time someone asks me for wedding pictures. read more
