Everything works beautifully! The fans are nice and balanced, which is especially comforting when you have kids or guests in those rooms. He also assembled our fans (which was included in the price). Bill only charged us $95/fan, but these were very basic fans, so I would double check with him. This was $30 less per fan than the next best quote I got. He was also available within a few days of our first call.

I don't like climbing under sinks. I'm also cautious about troubleshooting electrical issues. Bill climbed under there figured out that it didn't have power. He checked a switch and an outlet and found that a shared neutral was bad and had it running in a very short period of time. I also asked him if he had time to check a couple of other things. He installed a new light fixture and added a dimmer. We were able to replace a GFCI outlet that was bad outside. It was great that he had the parts because I didn't mention until he got to the house. So to wrap it up; Bill returned my call immediately even though he was on vacation around the holidays and we scheduled an appointment for when he got back. He sent a reminder prior to his arrival. He was friendly, efficient,knowledgeable ,and fair with his pricing I would definitely call him again in fact we've already spoken about some additional work that I'd like him to do for me.

He also helped me with the setup for the apps on my phone to where I can view the live feeds when I'm not here and that was amazing.
