Do not bring your vehicle to this tint shop unless you are willing to risk poor workmanship,…read moreinconsistent communication, and a business that does not stand behind the quality of its installs. After my experience, I genuinely wish I had listened to the other negative reviews beforehand. When I first called to make the appointment, I was specifically told to bring my vehicle in at the beginning of the day because this type of tint job, especially the windshield portion, would supposedly take all day due to the preparation involved. Based on that information, I dropped my vehicle off before they even opened. Hours went by with no communication from the shop. About an hour before closing, I called to ask for an update because nobody had contacted me to say the vehicle was ready. I was then told that my vehicle had still not even been brought back yet. Somehow, after telling me this process required an entire day, they suddenly completed the work in approximately 45 minutes before closing. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, they were still actively working on it. As soon as I got in the car and started driving home, I immediately noticed that the windshield strip was far too short. I called them right away and was told they would not redo it because they "had to cut it by hand" and that was apparently the size they were able to make it in two sections. Later that day, or the next day once I got a better look at it, I realized the issue was much worse than just the size. The strip was completely uneven and lopsided. One side was approximately an inch shorter than the other. I contacted them again and they still argued with me and refused to redo the work. Eventually, after speaking with the owner, they finally agreed to remove the strip and refund that portion. A few days later, once the rest of the tint had fully cured, I started noticing debris trapped throughout both front side windows as well as the windshield tint itself. I contacted the shop again asking for the work to either be redone properly or refunded, and that was the first time I was ever informed that they supposedly "do not warranty windshields." This was never disclosed before the appointment, during the appointment, or after the installation. I only found out after there were already issues with the workmanship. At that point, I agreed to let them redo the two front windows because I really did not have another option. When I brought the vehicle back in, the employee acknowledged there was debris in the front windows, but again refused to do anything about the windshield. What makes this even more concerning is that before bringing the vehicle back out to me, the employee had clearly poked and prodded around the area where the windshield debris was trapped because it visibly looked different afterward than it did when I brought it in. He never asked permission to touch that area, never explained what he was doing, and never acknowledged the debris issue beforehand before taking the vehicle back. I later included this concern in my follow-up email to the owner, and once again received no response. I specifically asked whether this was considered quality work that they stood behind, because now I am stuck paying another shop to remove and reinstall the windshield tint entirely. Between removal and reinstallation costs, I'll likely end up spending around $700 total just to correct a problem that should never have happened in the first place. The employee's response was essentially that as long as the tint was not physically falling off or directly obstructing driver visibility, they would not redo it. To make matters worse, the owner stated in an email that he would be present during my follow-up appointment, but he never showed up. After that appointment, I emailed him again explaining that this was not a "warranty" issue, it was an installation quality issue. Since then, he has refused to respond. Another major red flag is that they heavily encourage customers to pay cash to avoid the additional card processing fee. Looking back, that feels very intentional considering how resistant they became when asked to correct or refund poor quality work.I also became uncomfortable after noticing the owner was viewing my personal social media profiles during this dispute rather than addressing the installation concerns directly. At this point, I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else entirely. There are too many tint shops out there to risk ending up with damaged, uneven, debris-filled work and a business that refuses to properly take responsibility for it afterward.
