Seats are torn and old but are ok food is not cheap and isn't anything to brag about just mid but it's a theatre so what else to expect

Why is it so hot now ?! I was sweating trying to enjoy my movie but it was hot! I used to be able to bring a hoodie and a blanket but not anymore. We told the staff and we felt some breeze for a while but then it got hot again. Might need to go to the other theatre on Dowlen. read more

Chairs were a little uncomfortable for someone who is short, the neck pillow hits in the wrong spot and you spend the entire movies trying to get comfortable. The place was clean though, which was nice and the movie was interesting. They also serve alcohol which was kind of awesome and we had a margarita. Recently from years, I have watched all Sonic The Hedgehog Movies From Years Ago, How To Train Your Dragon Live Action Last Month. It was a BLAST Watching the movies. But, the snacks and drinks are expensive. $14 Just for a snack and drink. One time, they burnt the food, but the sauce made up for the burnt Mozzarella Sticks. The some of the seats are teared up. not sure what happened but they removed the hours of location of google so I showed up at 9:45 for a showing at 10:05, doors were locked, workers saw us at the door but refused to acknowledge us nor let us know when they open when we were at the doors for 10 minutes knocking. Their phones also weren't working. When we got inside, the worker said she didn't see us, said she was deaf, but she did make eye contact with us. She also said they weren't allowed to open the door but we verified with another worker the doors open at 9:45. I think there should have been common courtesy to let people know why the doors aren't open if there's a showing in 15 mins, and/or be aware that hours of operation aren't available for the public and post them somewhere on the doors instead of leaving guests to wait outside. read more

we purchased certain seats and when we arrived at the theater to take those seats, someone else were sitting in them. We asked them to move, had no luck. Also the staff was not helpful with getting our seats was a terrible experience with children. No refund was offered , we were forced to sit in the very front row and everyone knows you cannot see the movie from those seats again terrible experience. read more

Tried to communicate with the management of Cinemark via Facebook first, but instead of contacting me they deleted the post with no response. I wanted to comment about the theater in Beaumont TX. It is without a doubt the WORST run theater I have ever seen. It has been mismanaged long enough that it is clear the district and regional field management don't care. For a business model that makes all of its profits on concessions, you would think they would want to offer them. Everything is always empty. They are always supposedly out of things central to those said concessions... Like. Nachos? Sorry, we are out of cheese??? This past weekend they actually had no popcorn. Pictures of the concession area attached. Another item. We subscribed to their program. Supposed to have whatever we order ahead of time packed up and ready for pick-up on the shelves. Like every other business since covid. Unfortunately, they refuse to honor the program and you still have to wait in line or you don't get the items you prepaid to receive. Ridiculous! I went to this place because there was no other theater, I saw titanic in 3D for its anniversary and it was a good experience and I don't know what all the negative reviews are about it was good theater and I will be coming back soon and the concession stand was good i don't know why there are complaints about this place and the concession is fine it took At least 3 minutes to get snacks and they scanned our tickets fast and they did not waste time at all. read more

Decided to catch a movie today and went to Cinemark Theatre in Beaumont Texas. We saw the movie GeminiMan with Will Smith. The movie was actually pretty good. Long but good. The theatre was nice and clean. We only got popcorn but the other items looked good. The new long chairs there are so comfortable. Makes watching a lo omg movie even better. read more

Relatively fine movie experience. Sometimes certain auditoriums will have low sound quality compared to others in the theater. The seats tend to be working most of the time, but there are seats that have broken recliners and buttons. Armrests are typically sticky and greasy, but that's to be expected at most theaters in general. Unfortunately, the staff doesn't always do their utmost to help customers. I've personally heard one of the managers say it was fine to let the customers wait longer to one of the employees. There are good employees that care for the quickness of concession delivery, but there are many times when they talk to one another near the draft beer area, even when there are people in line. I have also seen pinkie sized roaches on the concessions counters. One time an employee swatted it down behind the stand, trying to be sure I didn't see it. They had said they fixed the problems with roaches in 2022 but they still run around it seems. The management staff can be rude occasionally as well. Which is sad, because the younger cashiers and ushers are very nice. Specially this one woman. They don't always look customers in the eye and dismiss them when they complain about reasonable things. Like cold popcorn, the ever-constant audio problems, etc. Overall, I prefer Regal when I go to the movies in the Golden Triangle. read more

Hands down the best movie theater in SETX. Recently renovated so now they've caught up to how most CInemark theaters are nowadays (reclining seats, XD theater, etc). The theater seating is great! However the customer service is awful in fact it's the worst of any theater I've been in ever! The bathrooms are disgusting. The floors were slippery and one gentleman almost slipped when leaving. After telling an employee he shrugged his shoulders and said thank you then turned around and walked off. This is the first time I've been to a movie since the pandemic and I was shocked that you could not get refills on your large popcorn which creates a greater cost for taking out your whole family. We saw a movie here for the first time in a long time. We used the digital ticketing to easily print out our tickets and walked straight through to the concession stand. There were plenty of employees behind the counter and they quickly provided us with our purchases. Omg I can't begin to start! I went to go see the Harley Quinn movie last night at 6:20 room 8. After 20 minutes I saw a BIRD! It was flying inside the movie theater! 15 minutes later it became 3 BIRDS! I wish I could make this shit up omg. The movie was really good but I lost it when the bird flew to the projector and the shadow reflected on the screen! I ran out as well as others! I spoke to a manager and she just walked in there and walked right out. They did nothing about the situation. Only a nice gentlemen worker gave me free tickets to come back once I was leaving the building because of the bad service. I just would have appreciated if the manager would have been more involved. Love this theater! It's the only theater in the area with reclining seats and awesome surround sound! My wife and I watch all new release films here! I don't drink, but I notice they are starting to sell alcohol, which is awesome for people that do drink. We also enjoy using the seat reservation feature on our Fandango app, of course you can reserve seats at the box office too. Parking and access to this theater is never a problem. This is one star for no communication with your employees... You have a promotion you spend $35 and you get a five dollar off on your gift cards... None of your employees know anything about this promotion you have a giant stand with the promotion written with the cards underneath it... The ladies outside taking money for your tickets don't know and the man at the podium does not know so how do you expect to sell these gift cards if no one knows what's going on... I'd love to revise my rating and will when Management addresses the audio problems they are suffering. The new reserved seating and super comfortable seating are top notch. No complaints there at all. What I do have problems with though, is the obvious lack of attention to the sound in the auditoriums. I've been in three different auditoriums and the center Chanel audio is so low that the side and rear Chanel's overpower the dialogue. During La La Land, for instance, the singing was completely overtaken by the booming surround sound rear and side speakers to a point where I almost left. This company has the worst customer service possible. The told me that I had to wait 5 day for my refund to be processed instead of just giving me a ticket for another showtime. My original ticket did not work due to a power outage. I go to the early shows, when the popcorn is freshly made, the bathrooms are freshly cleaned, and the employees haven't yet been beaten down by obnoxious kids and grumpy adults. (Seriously, why are there grumpy people at the movies? Yes, it's more expensive than Redbox and Pop-Secret popcorn. Why can't you remember that, lady in Duck Dynasty T-shirt? Decent Theater with great early bird prices. Cleaning crews are efficient other than cleaning seats... Husband ruined a pair of pants sitting in melted gummie... Something. Theaters are a cool but not freezing temperatures but I always bring a jacket. The restroom stalls are tight but can be extended. The TVs are great thought, but when I go see any movies even kid movies there are R Rated Previews! I hate that part, but other wise it's a really good place. This Cinemark is pretty much the best movie theater in Beaumont, TX. It's located right off of I-10 and surrounded by a lot of popular restaurants in the area for people driving from Houston to Louisiana (vice versa) so you can't miss it. If you're interested in a good deal, just go watch the first show of the movie that you would like to see when Tinseltown opens and it will only cost you $5 early bird special (Towns like College Station are even cheaper). Register on the Cinemark app and get free popcorn on your birthday or other good deals like buy one get one to save money in your pockets. Before heading to the movies, go to Walgreens or CVS and get all of the on sale candy that you want for like $1 and bottled drinks too to "sneak in" for later while watching you movie. Ladies put the treats in your purse and you're good. Guys, if you don't have a girl, put it in your North Face jacket, just please don't place/hide your bottled drink where your crotch region is because things can get awkward real quick. We all know that the concession items are ridiculously over priced, so why not save some money in your pocket. read more

My family has been going to this theater for over a year. In December of 2018 I finally sought out a manager to let them k ow that one of the restrooms, the ladies, has not had a working paper towel dispenser for months and the hand dryers, two out of three do not work. I was told that they were waiting on a part to come in. Here we are in May 2019 and Nothing has changed. In fact, we went to the restrooms on the other end, second movie of the day, and the ladies restrooms had stalls without toilet paper. My husband said that the men's room was without hand towels and toilet papers and hand dryers were not working. If you leave the bathrooms out of the review, we enjoy the theater. The bathrooms are nasty. Nats all in the bathroom. Get to the movies an hour before the movies and all the have is front row seat til 9:45 at night. Our show was at 1:30 in the afternoon. Front row seat are not worth the money. You can only see half the screen at a time. Don't waste your money. Go some place else. Your neck and head will be hurting by the end of the show. The bathrooms smelled like they were mopped with pee water - everything was disgusting inside the bathrooms. The concession lines were super long as all of the evening movies started at the same time - yet there are other concession stands that I have never seen open. The only reason for 3 stars are the nice luxury recliners they have now - it's definitely a game changer! So much more comfortable now. They also serve alcohol now and their popcorn is always fresh! I go to Tinseltown about twice a week and I've never had a problem with anything. The only thing that I don't like is when people get their seats mixed up but I'm not sure how that could be solved except for if they had staff helping people get seated at the beginning of every movie. read more
