I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the blackjack dealers. She was a short older women…read morewith a cane and her name started with a D. Her demeanour was extremely aggressive towards the table. In the instance I decided to leave one of the people at the table asked if she could slow down just a little. She replied with snark, "that's just how I deal if you don't like it leave." I then said to the fellow at the table, "you can always just take a little time when you decide what to do." Which she again replied with increased aggression "If you do that, you won't be dealt in." If those words were said with an ounce of kindness there wouldn't be a problem but I have never faced such aggression at a casino. When I talked to the pit boss about the interaction he told me "we hire people like that on purpose, if you aren't quick enough to make those decisions you shouldn't be playing blackjack." AKA a euphemism to go f yourself. As a longtime patron I will not be back and neither should you!
