Love this salon!! Excellent services. Great prices. Talented and welcoming staff. Clean and pretty salon. I used to come here all the time when I lived nearby but then moved and tried a new salon. I had a poor experience where I went (I tipped well anyway!) and came to Circa to see if they could fix my acrylics for me. I came around an hour and a half or two before close and needed my nails reshaped and colored since I was about to go on a birthday trip. The manager I assume was so welcoming and understanding and lead me to Mai. She was very kind, detail-oriented, talented and made sure I was happy with my set. I really appreciate the work she did for me and how each person there was so friendly and welcoming. Worth the drive from where I live for sure!! read more

I've been going here for a few months. I've only had one bad experience, but they cut the price of my service in more than half. I always get a different tech but they all do an amazing job. They are clean along with the shop. They also have a hair salon. They are a little pricey but I'd rather pay more for excellent service than crappy service from other salons. read more

Came to Circa without an appointment and was able to get in right away for a mani pedi. At a quick glance it seems nice, but they used very uncleanly practices. Tools for my mani were not sanitized, and extremely old worn down file was used, and it even appeared that the lady doing my nails had a fungal infection on her own nails. She was also on her phone the entire time and stepped away multiple times to tend to other customers. I was hesitant to continue to the pedicure but did. I was sent over to a chair where a woman had just gotten up and her skin was still on the foot towel. The employee insisted I sit without having done any cleaning or sterilization. When someone did come over she had on gloves that she was already wearing from another customer as well as just used tools (brush, callus remover). When I asked if she was going to exchange out she said "of course we do", yet did not. While the pedi bowl was lined with a new cover, they put in a visibly soiled bubbler piece inside to circulate the foam. Previously used tools were used and put back in a carrier for the next client. The pedicure was below mediocre. There was also no handwashing of clients or of workers between clients. I was beyond grossed out and will never be coming here again. I recommend you avoid this place at all costs, I specially for a pedicure. I really hope I don't get an infection, but that'll be on me for staying for the services! read more

Today is mother's day and I wanted to pamper myself on this day particularly by getting a pedi and as my normal place I go to was closed, I decided to try this place out. The pedicure was not horrible, but not good either. The lady rushed the whole time and was not gentle when pushing back my cuticles to the point where she got her tool stuck on the side of my nail. This place has consistently gone downhill since they opened!!! Do NOT waste your time or money here-They used to be incredible and paid so much attention to detail. Now they seem to be in a huge hurry even though there is nobody else waiting for service!!! I asked for the most expensive pedi they offer, same one I always do, and this guy barely touched three of my nails. Didn't cut them down at all, didn't cut back the cuticles, but insisted on using the damn cheese grater thing(which I didn't need). The entire pedi, including taking off the old gel polish took 32 minutes!!!! He skipped about half of what the other girl used to do-unfortunately she is no longer there!!! read more

I have been coming to this place for 6 years and have found it adequate- never perfect but never bad. I have had issues with frank, who I believe is the owners husband. He had frequently removed my polish after application- unprompted- because it looked messy. When I went in today, frank was doing my pedicure and removed the polish after curing it two times- once on his own accord and once after I asked him to "remove the polish from my cuticles and the skin of my toes". For a pedicure and acrylic fill, I spent 2.5 hours in the salon- not due to waiting but because Frank spent so long on my pedicure. When I went to pay, the lady who did my fill tried to charge me for both services in full. I felt that given how long I had been there and all of the problems, the pedicure should have been free or at least at a substantially decreased cost. I explained this to Frank who blamed the quality of his nail polish for his terrible skills and would only give me a $7 discount. I am never one to complain however, a good chunk of my Saturday was wasted on his poor skills and no apology or discount was thought of by the staff. I will never go back here again. read more

I went here this morning. I havent been here in a while because I always felt service was mediocre and always was rushed through. Not to mention talking in another language all the time making you feel like they are talking about you. Well, today I started with one girl and then was shoved off to another lady. I did a gel polish and while I like the color, the overall job was not good. It's all over my cuticles and with bumps and rough spots. It looks like I painted them, not a professional. No hand pampering or anything either. And still talking in another language in front of you. Dissappointed. I attached pictures of the overhang onto my cuticles, I already picked off all the paint on my skin otherwise i would have posted those pictures as well. read more

They do a great job on pedicures. On there brochure they have down that they do eyebrow tinting. I've gone there twice and all they do is wax my brows and tell me that they are pretty and to use a pencil for shading in. The whole reason why I went is to get them tinted so I don't have to do all that. I'm just going to get my pedicures from them and nothing else. read more

I went for a mani pedi on May 14th. My pedicure turned out great! The woman took her time and paid a great amount of attention to details in cleaning up my nails before and after painting. However, I had a different gentleman for my manicure and the entire process felt rushed. I got a full set with tips and from start to finish, it took him 25 minutes. My biggest regret is my inability to speak up for myself in the moment. The picture attached are 2 weeks after I got my manicure. The growth on my nails is so large because the man that did my nails didn't clean up my nail bed, cut away any dead skin or clean up my cuticles. This morning I couldn't stand the sloppy look of it anymore so I took my own orange stick and push back the cuticles and cut away the dead skin. This is how my nails would usually look after 4-5 weeks without a refill. So to say it hasn't even been a full 2 weeks is extremely disappointing. Even though my experience with the pedicure was so nice, I will not be returning to this salon for anymore services. read more

A friend and I visited Circa Nails & Lashes today and despite the one poor review, we were pleasantly surprised. I got a pedicure and was very happy with it. The technician really took her time and did a great job. My friend got a dip manicure and also was happy with it! The shape was great and she put some cute foil detail on it. People there are unfriendly and inpatient. After a good amount of time staff becomes obviously annoyed and upset with costumers even though we are the ones paying. read more

For some reason I keep trying, but the service and quality is not the same as it used to be. The constant talking and laughing across the room is bad enough, but it's been very rushed lately. However that's the least of the issues, five visits and three time cut! Today the one said no blood looks fine, it's red already! Fine? Went to this salon because my friend wanted to get dip, which she'd heard was cheap here. I just got a normal mani and pedi. Service was hurried, the person doing my nails painfully nicked the skin around one of my toes, and smeared my polish because she was in such a rush to be done. And now I have my first ever fungal infection in that toe, which is really the icing on the cake to an overall ugly pedicure that I could've done better at home. Go to literally any of the hundreds of other nail salons in the area, but not this one. read more
