Haifa is your typical non-corporate owned convenience store. They've got food, beer, ice, a good…read moreselection of Joose's and Four Lokos, smoking supplies, cigarettes, and those cool magazines at the counter that show you people's jail mug-shots. It's conveniently located in the medical center area, but seems to be right on the border of a decent part of town and a shady part of town...needless to say, beware of the sketchy characters who tend to frequent this store. I've learned that if you just leave them alone and limit your eye contact with them, they will return the favor and leave you alone too. As for the store associates, they are generally friendly and moderately helpful.
