We hired another company and they found the problem with the control box (which we told this company in the beginning) and things are beginning to look better. The company that recommended we use this company got back with us and apologized and said that they ended up very disappointed in the work that they did for them too.

The price was reasonable considering how big the job was. They added some new sprinklers and put a drip on all my plants, including my trees. We've had two really different experiences with Dr. Sprinkler. The first was FANTASTIC. The second…read morewas disappointing. So I'm grading them right in the middle. They are quick to respond and always courteous. The first visit was great. They diagnosed our problems for a reasonable cost. We were fast-made loyal customers. I'm not sure what happened on the second visit, honestly. We told them to "do whatever they needed to do" to fix our system. Our dog had dug up a section and chewed it. But we had a family problem arise and had to leave. When we came back, they'd left a bill, but our sprinkler line was still dug up and sprayed right at the fence line. They fixed the broken head, but the rest was - undone, essentially. We couldn't believe they'd tested the system when one head sprayed directly at the fence. We've chalked that up to bad communication and want to try the service again. So, I suppose my review contains a warning: stay on site during repair and communicate regularly with the crew.
