We hired another company and they found the problem with the control box (which we told this company in the beginning) and things are beginning to look better. The company that recommended we use this company got back with us and apologized and said that they ended up very disappointed in the work that they did for them too.

I didn't have to spell things out inch by inch - they understood the desired ending design. They were fast - the project finished faster than their original estimate.
