Our order is nearly always ready at the front end of our pick up window and because of the app, the order is rolling outside as soon as I park! Can't beat that. The folks working the pharmacy are really nice so this is also our pharmacy if choice. Outside of that, the store is always clean and well stocked. I never have an issue of not being able to find what I want in store. And it helps to scan the app ahead of time to see what might not be in stock. I rarely go in store anymore but when I do, I never have to wait in a line because of how many self checkout stations they have. I've always found the staff here to be friendly... total opposite of what I've come to expect from Walmart. They don't have any special, exclusive items... I mean, it's only Walmart. The only reason I dropped a star is because their bakery is nothing to write home about. I find myself preferring many other grocery store bakeries (Rouses, Whole Foods, fresh market, Costco) over Walmart. I think if the bakery was better, I'd go to other places less and buy even more from here. If Aldi or another competitive grocery store opens up nearby, it'll be interesting to see how this Walmart will stack up!

It's pretty chill for the most part. Parking is usually easy to find and help (inside the store) is easy to come by! It's still a Walmart where organic produce is rare and most of the food aisles consist mostly of junk food. I can't stand that of most grocery store now (not just Walmart). So, let's focus on the positives... easy to navigate, shorter lines and better (not the best) customer service. I dread shopping, so this store has never let me down, when I have had to shop; hurriedly! There are 2 on Coursey Blvd - this one is closer to Sherwood. Again... happy shopping!

However if you pull in here and are hungering for something more a Mickey D's is attached to this location... The parking lot can be a hassle as the 6(?) double sided pumps are spread out and traffic can get congested when the Mickey D's drive thru line is backed up so beware the navigation issues... All in all it doesn't give off a murder-y vibe and is pretty darn clean.... So if you find yourself around this area of I-10 and are needing to stop then you'll find this place will most likely meet your needs

I am…read morenot sure if the biscuits come out of a can or what, but they do SOMETHING to them that makes them wonderful. Soft, flaky, salty, hot on the inside! Perfect way to start a morning. I always get bacon and cheese on mine. The bacon is crispy and the cheese melts a bit to stick on the foil its wrapped in. I'd take a picture, but the thing never lasts long enough. One is plenty. I obsess on the biscuits, but there are eggs, grits, sausage--a great place for a takeaway breakfast, or a full meal in styrofoam. (There is ONE small table and chairs inside, but most folks are on their way to BR and don't linger.) The oriental owners are delightful. When Steve sees you twice, he already knows what your 'usual' is. They have barbecue for lunch--although I've not tried it. But the smell of the lunch cooking as you walk in for breakfast only makes you hungrier. True story: I was fretting to Steve over gaining weight with his breakfast. Not missing a beat he said: "Big Man! When I started here I was big like you. Start eating biscuit every day. Now I am little man!" Just a marketing genius.. Great place for breakfast--and you're bound for Baton Rouge its on the correct side of the road for easy in-and-out.

Don't expect friendly employees, but they aren't rude either. They are just...there. I always shop at Dollar General before I go grocery shopping at Matherne's, Winn-Dixie, or Costco...because if I can get it at Dollar General it WILL be cheaper than those other stores.

There is gas and a car wash. Not sure what else has changed except the 2 times I have dropped by the folks have been polite and nice unlike its predecessor. Now, only if the powerball tickets I purchase payoff.

I've been in the "On the Run" store and it's one of the few Chevrons that has the original Coke and Strawberry flavored Icees which are my favorite.(try mixing both flavors together it tastes really good.) The store is clean, the bathrooms are clean and the employees are pretty nice too. It's also open 24 hours and to my knowledge it hasn't been robbed like the Circle K across the street so it might be a little safer to go to at night if you're by yourself.
