The staff was polite, but it seemed like many of the younger employees were not properly trained in food preparation, customer service, or sanitation procedures. When I requested a refund, the manager on duty told me they had to contact the general manager for approval first. I've never experienced that before over a straightforward food quality issue. At this point, this isn't a one-time complaint--it's been a repeated pattern whether I order through DoorDash or pick up food myself. I will be reaching out to corporate because customers deserve better food quality, cleaner conditions, and better-trained staff.
