The 1st time I took it in, they told me it would only take about 30 mins. I was in the waiting room for over an hour and 15 min. I asked once why it was taking so long and was told they were just running a bit behind. So I decided to walk outside to get some air, my car was sitting outside waiting to be picked up. When I went back in to ask about it, they said "oh, nobody came and told you it was done, that one has been finished for about 30 minutes." Like I mentioned, I just asked about it a couple minutes prior and was told they were behind. When I asked they about it they said they must have told the wrong person. Well, I was the only person in the waiting room. So who exactly did they tell? The second time I went was for the same thing. I called a week ahead of time to schedule the appointment. After I hung up called back about 20 minutes later to ask a question. The person that answered the phone asked for my name and time of appointment. When I told him, he said I did not have an appointment in the system. He said that the person I spoke to must not have put into the system. He said he was putting it in as we were speaking. Well, a week later when I showed up for the appointment, guess what.....no appointment was in the system. The person that assured me he was putting in my appointment "as we speak" apparently did not! So twice within the same hour I made an appointment and twice in that same hour it was never typed into their system. They graciously said they could fit me since I want was there....the work they did was fine, but like I mentioned it was just a simple oil change and rotation. Just plan on the run around trying to get it done!

Perkins tire in Gretna is a joke. my daughter took her car there a few days ago to get her tires…read morebalanced. a few days later she calls me and says she has a vibration in her car. Upon my inspection of the tires I find that Perkins left the old wheel weights on 3 of the 4 tires. the sticky weights not the clip weights. I called them and told them what I found and Ricky the owner preceded to tell me that they reuse old wheel weights. You cannot reuse the old sticky weights because once you peel them off they won't stick back to another rim. obviously they didn't balance 3 of the 4 tires and then refused to give me a refund. stay away from Perkins in Gretna, they will scam you and take your money
