Pleasantville by all outward appearances right here in west, West Virginia -- I can almost smell the aroma of baked apples and peaches and butter -- they're Aunt Bee's pies cooling on the sill, partially covered with a white quilted napkin. Then --- Poooof... Empty inside, nobody shopping nor sitting for a bite -- maybe its location -- it's maybe their way, but the chill of cool interest in answering a question is leaving me lonely and frostbitten still. Counter woman didn't come to the register as she sneered a bit, furrowed her brow in my direction prior to begrudgingly departing her deep lean chat with a cow poke chewing a wad of Copenhagen the size of a shot class & using the 'leave a penny take a penny' tray as a spitoon. Had a flat tire while in my Enterprise rental car on the way from NY to SC. Found out the hard way…read morethat my Mitsubishi Outlander doesn't even have a spare. Called Enterprise roadside assistance, and they informed me that the closest branch was closed (which I expected since it was 8 at night). BUT, since there was a branch open 55 mi away at the airport, that they would have the car towed and an Uber to pick me up from the gas station and take me to the airport... at 9 at night. So they dispatched the tow truck and sent me a link to request an Uber. The confirmation message said the tow company would be arriving in 90min. Chuck called less than 5 min after I received the confirmation and made sure we were safe. He stated he'd be to us in 15 min. He was there in 10. So... Suprise, there weren't any Uber drivers at 9pm on a Tues wanting to make a 110 mi round trip to take us to Greensboro airport. So I called back roadside after Uber timed out "looking for drivers". Then they tried Lift... no luck. Mind you about an hour has passed by this point. Then they tell me they've dispatched another tow truck to pick up a car at the airport and bring it to me. This will "only be about an 80 min wait, sir," as the Enterprise rep tells me not to worry. Well, I called back after 30 min to ask for the name of the tow company bringing me my replacement car so I could get an ETA as Chuck had been waiting for over an hour in this parking lot with me and my feonce. When I finally got someone to try to look it up, they informed me that the second tow company hadn't actually even been dispatched yet. Chuck refused to let us stay in the lot and towed us to a motel on his own dime. He went above and beyond staying with us and ensuring that we wouldn't get stranded despite Enterprise completely dropping the ball. I highly recommend this company not just for their professionalism and ability but also for the owner's upstanding morals and willingness to do the right thing. All while refusing to take any form of payment from us. Thanks Chuck, the world would be a lot easier if more businesses were ran by people like you. We are forever grateful.

I call HARTFORD insurance for road side service they sent a ARNOLD employee. i had a nail in my…read moretire.. He told me he could repair it right there for 25$ . I agree with the price and he went to working on the tire . and said he was done with the repair all he needed to do was air it up and he would be done. he left I went back out 30 minutes later and the tire was flat again. I call HARTFORD and they sent someone else out to change the tire. I spent the entire next day trying to find someone that will repair the tire.. I took it to Firestone and Walmart they wouldn't touch it because someone had already tried to repair it . I called ARNOLD and told him he needs to hold his employe responsible for this tire that now can't be fixed now. if hi employees can't fix the service they are offering they shouldn't have the option of offering it. if you are offering a service that clearly you can't provide. it's a waste of the customer time and in my case money. because I had to spend 200$ on a new tire
