So kind. I went back to repay her with a gift but I never did see her again. This Publix truly does care about their community. And it is a pleasure to shop here.

The rest of the staff, with one or two rare exceptions, follow her lead of open disrespect and nastiness towards senior customers. And heaven help you if you're filling a pain medicine prescription. That judgmental old hag behind the counter will very intentionally make your experience hell, dragging it out for days and often ultimately refusing to fill the order at all. What a nasty human being! That CVS store is losing customers in droves, as they have just lost my patronage after nearly 20 years. Apparently, the CVS managers just don't care.
