I frequent this establishment almost on a daily basis. I must say that I love the interaction that I have with the employees here, and these 3 stars are for them. The local management here is a totally different story.. as they put in guidelines that aren't present at other locations. Warm drinks in the middle of summer? Not stocking the items but being able to see them physically there. This place used to be a great way to start the day. Now the employees are rude, the manager is never visible nor assistant manager. No one wants a warm drink in the middle of summer let alone the one energy drink you actually like. How difficult is it to keep a store clean and stocked? Never seemed like an issue until recently. What a let down, this place has gone to the dogs. This gas station confuses me because they will have all the registers closed forcing you to use the self checkout machine but they make a cashier stand behind the self checkout machine. I don't even know why because today i bought 2 waters that were 2/$2.50 and a $2 and some change coffee. I had my tap ready so i was charged $8 as soon as my total was calculated. I called out the error to the attendant who wasn't paying any form of attention to my transaction and while i appreciate her giving me a refund without asking, she didn't say a single word to me and took 10 minutes causing me to miss my bus. read more

Gas pumps or card readers don't work half the time. No ice for a week in summer might be their vendor's fault(?) but sure fits.

Hello, I'm a regular customer at your store circle k in Fairview Park, Ohio. I visited today and was highly upset with my visit. I went in and got a few snacks for my daughter and I also purchased gas on pump four after I got everything and I went out to pump gas. Something was wrong with the gas pump so I sent my sister back in to let the clerk. Adam, know that something was wrong with the pump. He said he would do it again which I do believe he did but it still didn't work so my sister went in again to let him know it's still not working. He proceeded to get irritated and frustrated about the pump and her keep coming in letting him know it's not working. Instead of him coming out to check out the pump or just transferring me to another pump, he proceeded to curse my sister out and throw her receipt at her. If you run the cameras back everything should be recorded. She came back out and let me know what happened which prompt me to go in the store to handle it myself. I proceeded to walk in and before I could say anything he told me you and her can get out. I don't need both of y'all in my store and if you don't leave I will call the police. I told him the pump wasn't working. Can he please check it out? He's still yelled and proceeded to talk negative with another customer about us that was standing in front of him which caused me to say something to the customer because it wasn't his situation to handle or to jump into. So another customer seen the situation wasn't being handled and Adam called the cops he offered to come out to the pump and help instead of one of the circle k employees. The customer proceeded to check out the pump and notice himself that it wasn't working and was about to go back in the store but I just canceled the whole order and my money went back on my card and we just left. Something needs to happen with this because this isn't his first time disrespecting me and I really don't appreciate it because I spend a lot of money with you all because it's the closest store and my neighborhood. I get snacks, gas and I come there on the regular and I'm always nice. They never have a issue with me but with Adam he feels if he has to do anything extra outside of him being on that register something as simple as handling or helping a customer. Haven't been here in quiet some time. Last time I was in there what I can assume was the store manager. ( heavy set white girl) was talking about having sexual interactions with her neighbor. Is there a good reason why the clerks let the waiting line wrap around the store? The cashiers stand around trying to look busy cleaning while the line grows and grows and grows. And the useless conversations the cashiers try to strike up with customers trying to get out of there can be annoying, also. read more
