The cash register employee let me know when they were ready to go, and my grand total was less than $6. I picked up a few hot sauce packets from the condiment bar and sat down in the dining area to eat. The kolache itself is essentially a small, light sandwich. The bread was soft, with a hint of sweetness. The egg and cheese combo was perfect for my light lunch! I had a bite of the spinach and cheese kolache before I left, which was even more flavorful and cheesy! Can't wait to have it tomorrow morning.
