Went back in and at first she tried to say it was my receipt but I wrote the amount and it was clearly not the same. She finally figured it out and gave me my correct receipt.. She did apologize. I am not complaining about staff, I am complaining about the machine not having paper in it to print my receipt. Is that staffs fault for not putting it in the machine or is it the owners fault for not ordering it for the machine?

Sure enough I was correct and she came back saying the price was correct but they had not changed the sign. Well, that is not my fault. She must have been ticked that her employees did not get the price changed. I will say that while she was correcting the error she did change her attitude to a nicer tone but never did apologize.
