This store at Westmount and Ottawa in Kitchener is only open until 11 pm on most nights, so a long walk to the nearest 24-hour store at Fischer-Hallman and Ottawa is required when the store is closed. Prices are high and selection is limited, but it is a convenience store, so that much is to be expected. Service is OK, but when it's busy there can be a long wait at the cash while the lone cashier checks you out. When it's cold out, or when you are tired, needing to go to the 24-hour store farther away keeps me from giving this location more stars.

It's open late which is wonderful. Brother loved this place too, prices aren't terrible, but of course some drinks like ghost are priced higher (5$) so be careful and check your prices. Other than that I think it's in a easy-to-access area and fairly priced. One of the best convenience stores in terms of stock in Guelph.

I am now in my 30's and while I no longer live in the area I still come back every now and then. The family owned and run store is the best, and the people are friendly . When I was 10 I tripped over a curb infront of the store and hit my head splitting it open. The owner came out and took me inside and held a towel on my head until I was taken to the hospital. Generally caring people that have been in the community for a long time. While the area has changed a lot and the people in the area are not the same this store and the owners have not changed.
