I believe her name was Amber came over and assisted us. She was able to find a solution for our problem. Also once the photo was printed she was not happy with the way it came out and added some enlightening touches to make the photo just right. My wife also had contact with another male employee , he too went out of his way to find out some prices and assist my wife. In this day and age it is rare to find employees and even Mangers who really give "excellent customer service". Thank You!

I received a email that the calendars were ready to be picked up. I went to my Walgreens and instead of going inside I parked the car in front. I decided to call first, I spoke with Joe. He was unable to find my calendars. He said he was new and did not know how to work the system. My question is if you have a huge company like Walgreens wouldn't you want to leave someone in charge that was capable to do the job. Someone who could take care of the customers. This was very upsetting. Joe said the manager will be in soon, I will have her call you. I did not receive any phone call. I've been a customer at the FishHawk Walgreens for over 20 years.
