    June 2023 Closed for Remodel

I find the sandwiches and drinks to be reliably delicious here. Always made correctly as ordered. I am not looking forward to their closure for remodel schedule. I don't know if I can trust another Wawa to make my lunch. I am already eagerly awaiting their reopening.

Burnt and missing crust, grease in box.

Pizza review only. I love their hoagies so thought I'd give the pizza a go. I ordered half sausage, half cheese for my wife who doesn't eat meat. It was a failure - got all sausage, the pizza was undercooked on top and burnt on the bottom. Stay away from the seasoned garlic crust, it looks like they paint it with garlic butter that just adds salt and grease. I wanted to like it but so much was wrong I won't try again.

They are very quick with the food . They have very nice people working there. You try them out sometime

Brand new Wawa at the NW corner of Bloomingdale and Lithia Pinecrest. Access is easiest westbound Bloomingdale and southbound LP, otherwise you need to hook a U-turn to get in here. Not sure if it's due to the grand opening, but gas prices are about 10 cents per gallon lower than the other local places. I hear the sandwiches are decent - and judging by the fact that the place was packed at 1am, Club Wawa indeed - it looks like they are. But hey, you could sell dead mice on hotdog buns for all I care if gas is ten cents a gallon less.

How can you not love WaWa? This store is my local joint, so I'm there at least once every day. The real attraction to this place is the people that work there. Everyone, and I literally mean everyone, is super friendly and more than accommodating. The food won't blow you away, but for a gas station convenience store, it's a 5 Star restaurant. There's a reason that WaWa is so successful, just take a visit yourself and you will understand why.

Bagel was done horribly today , looks rushed and not taken care of poor bagel

Please show your kids to eat em slowly, by sucking on them n not chew them. It will cut into their gums. I scraped my right side of my mouth. They are freaking delicious though. The Taffy version is very soft n gentle. I haven't tried the skittles version yet but i had em from another supplier. They are very glassy so also best enjoyed but letting them melt in your mouth first. Bag is ok priced and u get plenty to share to. If your the type of person that likes mixing candy with drinks? I recommend the peach n skittles versions. Drop one circle into a fruity Cosmo to add a nice tarty delicious after notes. I don't recommend using the taffy for that though. They do have a mild aftertaste i cannot pinpoint well. The yellow one hits notes of citrus but the other ones i cannot find it in my internal library. O_o i experiment alot with flavors and spices. Its how i hack recipes by eating or drinking stuff. They also have a cool display with gummy pizza. It's literally a supreme pizza made out of gummies. The mushrooms and all the veggies are gummies. Cute small to medium sizes for funny gifts. I seen the taco version also. I believe they had the sushi version to and other versions.

I dont know whats going on but people need to know that Delivery and Food prep quality all over the…read moreboard is starting to lack. **Do not trust online deliveries. Do not just walk away without checking your order for pickups. I tell you this as both a delivery contractor and a costumer. I have reduced my patronage with their food prep side. The sad part its not just this Wawa. All the Wawa's have an increase of incomplete orders. As a customer: I keep getting charged for missing items, Their refund department only refunds what they want. Meaning theres 2 of the same item missing? They only do 1 and then you find yourself having to waste more time dealing with them to get the rest of your money. Also the plate orders get made half way and they just go, "it looks good" n try to just give it to you like that. As a Delivery driver: I keep getting the same issues no matter where we are. If you as a company are going to put tape in the bag so there is no tampering from us? You are responsible to make sure you keep your quality and trust with your clients that (all the items) are included and if not? You don't charge the items. Its not fair that delivery drivers are being punished for your business mistakes. I don't understand why is it so hard to look at the label , tablet or print out and match the items to it? I used to work in a pizza n grill place as a line cook. All i had to do was read the slip, put whats on the slip in the tray. Missing item? I pressed that little button in my ear piece n told the kitchen Runner we out of something. I think WaWa needs to adapt to the change like other business have. If you cannot trust your own employees to make sure whats ordered matches whats given? Mc donalds, Dunkin, Wendys and even chiks fill etc, all have brought in the scale system. It saves time on your business and has a shorter window of mistakes. Im aware lots of businesses have the holiday temps but its not fair for your customers paying you and adding extra tips to end up paying; $45 +tips for a yogurt and 5 missing items. $20 +tips two dinner bowls with just sauce and meat no sides. (Look at pics) cuz your "Order Finisher" rather close the bag without verifying or third party delivery contractors to have to compromise the "no tampering tape or staples to make sure YOUR employees do the order right. While we get chewed out and be at risk of getting penalize again FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES SLACK. I got mayor health disabilities. I do food deliveries cuz my body wont allow me to be stable inside a mandatory schedule system. Being a contractor delivery person? I can stop working when i need to, i can start working when i want. Take all breaks my body needs. I got a tore ACL on top of that. Just walking on pain killers still hurts like a mother Fahkr, but i got bills and i do what i have to. My whole job is to pick stuff up, make sure i transport things safely and clean. Deliver it to clients wishes. Thats it. If you are a customer ordering through the Wawa app? Please don't be rude to your delivery drivers. We are not allowed to open your bags and look. To WaWa: you guys need to fix this, its easy. Put a poster next to the Delivery tablet or computer. Get your Team lead to exercise some of that good old fashion "Peer to Peer" and encourage them to correct the simple task of making sure inventory matches order. I understand its the holidays, but you will loose money from people loosing your trust. I know you ain't getting my my meal prep or delivery money anymore. No way im going to order a meal for my elderly mom while im working hours away, for her to call me n find out theres only a soda in the bag after i payed ($20-30+tips). So that i spend another 30mins to get my money back and wait 3 f ing days to get an actual refund. Its like we giving money away. HELL NO! For now you are a gas station thats it. I do not trust any of the Wawa's in Tampa area.
