This is a Heads up: Check your orders before leaving. If you use DD, uber eats or even Wawa app? Give permission to your delivery driver to break the "no tampering tape" and look inside bags. Almost every order i get from here has missing stuff. I have a wawa literally walking distance from my place. I used to come to this one cuz they were actually making sure stuff was right. Now? I only buy quick n go only. I understand and i am aware that theres a lot of holiday temps. But it's not fair to the customers that are paying $20-50+ tips to get 1 out of their 5 items at that amount. Then get stuck with costumer service to and lets me tell you from experience. Wawa costumer service is terrible. They only refund what they feel like refunding. You got 4 items missing? They refund 3 cuz the person handling your case doesn't know that 2x coke means 2 cokes. Not a 1 can of 2x coke. Every tome i have to articulate the difference to the person and every time i have to call twice. Save your money and stress, be kind to your delivery driver. They aren't at fault for what wawa think is ok for their quality control. -Why even tape or staple bags shut if your "delivery Finisher" employee isn't making sure ALL the items are in the bag before stapling it shut? Your mistakes are causing many drivers to be at risk of unemployment and getting punished over something they have no control over. Just like i did with my local wawa i am not trusting this one with Delivery, or pickup orders. I cannot recommend it. Why even offer delivery if theres no delivery quality control? Stick to pick n go options, wished they had pre made sandwiches in the cooler like publix does. They would make more money. That way the delivery option could be handle by the contractor like when we do groceries or 7/11 runs where they start order, they never staple the bag so we can look and then we complete the other half by picking the items up. And verifying with them we didn't just add an extra beer. So many simpler ways to fix these problems. I used to work for 3 mayor corporations. I understand that rate per hour, orders per hour systems. I get that the corpos gonna give you a bonus for dominating orders vs other Wawas, but at what cost? You are screwing your costumers over. Do the math, It cost 2x times more plus tips to use delivery. For what? Ordered 8 items, get 3? Payed $$40-80 plus tips. When u can just come and grab everything under $25. Easy fix: don't tape or staple bags, add a huge poster (or label on tablet) that encourages people to verify the order is right. Add a receipt to the order, 90% of the time there is none. Leadership needs to exercise (PEER 2 PEER), thats when your lead or manager coaches you in verifying before completing tasks. Verify quality controls, task ability, check if you ok, make sure said employee can do the task at all, tell em a joke, give em a bathroom break, give them tips for excellence not failure etc. and yes not saying or doing anything are choices. Place to drive up order for an iced coffee while I filled my gas tank.. I was influenced by one of their signs haha they gave me a 15 minute wait time so after I got done pumping gas, I just pulled into one of the spots & put in my number. I saw a worker walk out and assumed it was someone else but to my surprise it was My order which was early by seven minutes, which worked out perfectly for me. She was nice. The coffee was a little bit on the sweeter side, but it was still pretty good next time I probably won't get the whipped cream and graham crackers and taste too much of it, but it did look pretty. read more

Bought 4 from the location off highway 60 in Valrico. , Absolutely no flavor, the flour tortilla was cold and dry, was the most disgusting meal ever from Wawa. Pizza review only. I love their hoagies so thought I'd give the pizza a go. I ordered half sausage, half cheese for my wife who doesn't eat meat. It was a failure - got all sausage, the pizza was undercooked on top and burnt on the bottom. Stay away from the seasoned garlic crust, it looks like they paint it with garlic butter that just adds salt and grease. I wanted to like it but so much was wrong I won't try again. read more

I worked as a barista for a good two years, it's very simple to watch a drink as it's being steamed in order to not burn the milk or ruin the flavor of the espresso. Not here though. Brand new Wawa at the NW corner of Bloomingdale and Lithia Pinecrest. Access is easiest westbound Bloomingdale and southbound LP, otherwise you need to hook a U-turn to get in here. Not sure if it's due to the grand opening, but gas prices are about 10 cents per gallon lower than the other local places. I hear the sandwiches are decent - and judging by the fact that the place was packed at 1am, Club Wawa indeed - it looks like they are. But hey, you could sell dead mice on hotdog buns for all I care if gas is ten cents a gallon less. read more

I am all about some Wawa- so when I was down in Florida and saw one there- I basically shrieked and scared my poor husband (who was driving- not smart on my part!) I'm a big fan of this Wawa! I try to visit it every time I come up to visit my parents. I really wish we had Wawas in South Florida :(. I absolutely love how convenient this Wawa is. They have such a wide selection of food and drinks! The touch screen computer ordering system is sweet. I will also say that they have some of the best pastries I have ever had. I highly recommend the donuts (I loved the glazed as well as the frosted star) and the chocolate croissants! I have also tried several sandwiches- my favorite being a club sandwich with bacon and guac on toasted wheat bread. Yummy! read more

I love wawa. It's one of the few places I never get sick of. If I get breakfast outside of my own home it's usually wawa. I was pleased with service and the fact there weren't many people there, but I had a bad experience once I got to my destination to eat my hoagie. I was almost done with the first half when I found a long (about 6 inches) brown/black hair in the hoagie. I knew it wasn't mine due to having short light brown hair. Probably won't be going back to that wawa again. Hats don't always help keep hair out so I'd suggest better food hygiene, maybe wear hair nets . read more

Let me start by saying I love Wawa. When I lived in Va there was one right one the corner that I frequented often. This location, due to its newness, has some growing pains. They mailed coupons for free items to everyone & their brother. It has created a nightmare in the special coffee area. On a Sunday morning, I saw 5 people walk out as it appeared they were tired I waiting. Not a great way to make a 1st impression. They also do not have any staff cleaning the coffee station so there is sugar, cream, coffee drippings all over. The floors are a mess and desperately need to be swept. I am going to chalk this up to it being new but they better fix this before they start losing business. read more

Anyone from the Philly area knows that. They might be able to fool some Floridians but not us in the know. First, the hoagies....the rolls are wrong.....the meats are wrong, the veggies are wrong. I'm not certain but I think my card was skimmed here at a gas pump. This is the only different place I have used my card at and afterwards I started seeing charges show up from places I hadn't been.
