As I was dropping off stuff to the Salvation Army, I spied this little nugget across the street…read more Drive thru michelada? Too good to be true. And indeed it was. You can't really drive through to get a michelada with beer inside... but you can drive through to get a Clamato Preparado with a beer ON the side. So I bought one of those suckers ($8?) and was about to drive off when something caught my eye. Smirnoff Preparada. What the heck? Turns out an SP is a 20 oz smirnoff icce, with gummy bears, chamoy and chile inside the beverage. Then on TOP of the beverage, more gummy bears, chamoy and chile. Obviously I had to get one. It tasted like sh... nothing good but the gummy bear chamoy concoction on top was delicious. All of these things are an acquired taste of course so feel free to experience this madness on your own.
