While going through the drive-thru, I encountered an employee named Melanie who was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked to change my order because I had changed my mind, she refused to accommodate the request, stating it was already input into the system. I attempted to remain respectful and asked how I could resolve the issue, but her attitude remained dismissive and disrespectful throughout the interaction. I understand that mistakes and misunderstandings happen, but the way customers are treated makes all the difference.
