She then went a step further and invited us in anyway; she also brought over free custard and cups of ice for our bottle water since the drink machines were down too. Unfortunately, I failed to get the associates name but, she rang me up on reg 3. I highly recommend this Culver's location, and I hope they plan to open more locations in Mobile, AL.

We ordered a 12-count grilled nugget entrée but were charged for a fried 12-count nugget and medium waffle fry instead. We also ordered a grilled club that didn't have the bacon on it. When we got to the window to let the team member know the nuggets were supposed to be grilled, she asked for us to give back the fried nuggets after we received the bag. That is a huge violation of the health department code. I was overall very disappointed with the experience.
