Went by to fuel up and had to pay cash. Somehow, the store was locked for a "break" with two people in there not doing anything. I had to leave because I was on a time crunch. A woman walked up after me and asked if that was legal to lock the store like that at 3:40pm on a Saturday. Do better! read more

This morning will be my last time stopping here. This is the third time I have come in and had to wait while nightshift was counting their till. The other three idiots just stood there and said I would have to wait for the slow poke and tried to sell me a b-fast sandwich, I politely said no thanks, then I was told "I need to work on my attitude". Last thing I want at five in the morning, on my way to work, is to be held up or get an opinion from 20 year old that thinks he is King of the gas station world. stopped to get gas and all of their pumps have signs stating they are all "self serve.". i don't believe that's the correct interpretation of the new law. But either way. there was a Hispanic gentleman whom had been sitting in his truck and clearly didn't understand the signs. I tried explaining but dont speak Spanish. I went inside and suggested to the manager that they include spanish signs and explained my interaction. she laughed and said "they don't understand what we say either." we have a large Hispanic population in this community and I find this incredibly disrespectful and racist. I am so dissatisfied with what happened to me here this evening. I went in at right around 5 and I understand that they are short staffed like every other company these days but was denied entry because both employees on shift were going to break at the same time. There was also a gentleman trying to get gas when I pulled in the parking lot he was denied also. I have managed businesses and if I am short staffed I never let my employees break at the same time. I was completely disappointed with them this evening and will be reconsidering where we spend our money (as this is our go to store for smokes) . Loyal customer no more! read more

After working in the grocery business for over 50 yrs. I can tell you these establishments were always considered conivence stores This establishment (store / gas station) has been my goto for years when passing though on my way to Portland, Eastern Oregon or Lower Washington areas. With their policy of having to ask for help by pushing a button (that the font is quite frankly almost too small to read) if you can't use the gas pump is not convenient . What about customers with language issues or senior or disabled customers? Fred Meyer is not as convenient; however, they have a self-serve and attended pumps. Which makes it more convenient as opposed to Circle K. They have lost my business. read more

It's a gas station. What else needs to be said? Except this. This is the second time in the last few months that I have went into a gas station to buy cigarettes and they have asked for my ID. I mean, come on people, I am 46 years old. Really? I had ran into the gas station with just money to buy them and the man insisted on my ID. If I could give a negative score I would. Not only am I disappointed, but downright disturbed by the fact that a young lady close to my family recently stopped by to get gas, she was treated grossly by the management at the station. Her car wouldn't start after she filled with gas and while trying to call her dad and then a tow truck, she was approached by an employee saying she needed to move her car right away because the manager was mad that she was taking up pump space. Rather than offering to help her move her car out of the way she was treated rudely and offensively. It wasn't until a random Good Samaritan offered to help her that she was able to move the car after being aggressively pressured to move it. AWFUL service. I am disgusted to hear that my good friend was aggressively approached by the manager when her car wouldn't start at the pump. Because the manager was upset she was blocking a pump because her car wouldn't start. She had already called a tow truck. Here's where kindness would have been valued-not rudeness. Finally another patron helped her push her car with her when she was unable to move it on her own. Because guess who didn't help her...THE MANAGER! read more
